We worked with Kent Johnsson Architect PLLC on our first major home renovation and addition. Kent paid close attention to our needs, program and budget – and came up with amazing design options that we could never have imagined. He priced out the designs, to make sure we maintained our construction budget, before completing the drawings for filing and construction. This was critical because it allowed us to make adjustments to the design and manage the project budget before obtaining final contractor bids. Kent was a delight to work with and guided us through each phase of design, permits and was our representative at weekly construction meetings throughout the project. We could not be happier with the results!

Kent Johnsson is creative, kind, honest and dedicated to his projects. He is extremely knowledgable and talented. It was always a pleasure to deal with Kent. He returned calls and emails immediately and stayed on my house project until it was completed. I cannot speak more highly of Kent and his abilities. The amount of care he put into my project was enormous. It is commendable to see a professional be so diligent and consistent from start to finish.
