I have been working with Kevin for over a year on the replacement of the rear decks on our condominium complex. Kevin produced the design and permitting drawings for the decks and has provided regular inspection of our contractors work as well as coordinating county permitting and inspections. He has been very accessible and helpful, providing valuable consultation and advice. I can highly recommend that you consider Kevin for your next project.

Kevin is very pleasant and easy to work with on initial ideas and revisions. He also went out of his way to help us reach the proper people on our remodel/addition. Felt his pricing was very fair. Final results appear like it was always a part of the house and turned out GREAT!

We were introduced to Kevin by our builder, Allen Construction. After interviewing three architects we decided to hire Kevin and are very happy we did. Kevin was very easy to work with, completed our plans in a timely manner, and was always readily available when we had questions before and during the construction process. Working with Kevin Higgins was a pleasure and the best way to achieve our goals in building our home. Our property is less wide than deep, and Mr Higgins was able to design our vision to fit perfectly. Our builder, Bert Herrin, has worked on Mr Higgins' projects in the past with no problems. Kevin is patient and offered many helpful suggestions throughout the process. Our project is expected to be completed in April 2017. We would not hesitate to recommend his services to our friends and family.

Commented: Was the garage a recent add-on?Thank you for the question. The garage is existing to the house, but we changed it from a front-loading to a side-loading, and added the golf cart door.
