We bought quantum windows years ago with supposedly a lifetime warranty. One day we hear a loud pop; the glass in the window had broken. We tried to find the company who sold it to us. Apparently that company went bankrupt. I contacted Ronco who installed the windows. They said they couldn't replace the window because Quantum went bankrupt and Kensington took over their warranties. Contacting Kensington was impossible. We have lovely certificates with the quantum pledge of energy savings and glass breakage no fault warranty. Glass breakage dates December 1, 2003 to December 1 2023, signed by Ronald G Robinson, Ronco Construction of Tulsa, Oklahoma. Meanwhile the window glass sits broken. We are building a new house. We are so very much not using Quantum windows or Ronco Construction ever again.
