The kitchen was designed and fitted in Nov 2015. The quality of materials was excellent and the fit and finish equally so. All work was competed on time and the AMD team worked closely with our builders to deliver the project. The kitchen is often commented on by visitors and is a place we now spend much of our time.

They did a great job with my kitchen refurbishment project, managing the whole project from beginning to end. They had a good team working with them including electricians and plumbers. Highly recommend.

From the initial designs to the completed kitchen installation the team at AMD were excellent. Being an old house, without a single square corner or straight edge the fitting must have been an absolute nightmare, but it was completed to the highest standard by true craftsmen.

We could not recommend Austin Matthews. As a designer, they seemed pretty good. We really liked the plan and the visualisation of the design. Unfortunately once the contract was signed and initial instalments paid it became a very different experience. The drawings ended up being totally inaccurate which meant the fittings didn't fit and left an 18 inch gap. We were told this was our fault for plastering the walls too thickly!! Whilst they did help design a workaround it led to a long delay. We were then delivered, and had fitted, several doors that were warped and had to be replaced. Several times the wrong items were delivered or were damaged. These are all provided by a third party which leads to the problems. We had to do all the chasing to find out what was happening. Rubbish was left on site which we had to dispose of ourselves. The total project took much longer than planned and overall the quality of workmanship was poor.

Austin Matthews provided an excellent planning service. They listened to what we wanted and worked very closely with us in achieving a final plan that was professional and met our personal objectives. We are delighted with the finished kitchen which is everything we hoped for. The after sales service has been faultless.

We approached Austin Matthews design to completely refurbish our galley style kitchen. They organised a complete rewire, new plumbing Karndean flooring and white glass splashbacks and supplied a beautiful white high gloss kitchen with Quartz work tops and integrated appliances. We wanted a bespoke laundry cupboard which the fitter created to house the washing machine and tumble dryer. All in all a very professional project completed to time and budget. We would highly recommend this company.

Excellent service and extremely happy with my new kitchen. They were able to offer the complete solution i.e. breakdown, remove, electrics, painting and fitting. Sourcing all equipment we needed. A family firm with some great employees. Would highly recommend them.
