K&B Home Solutions was hire to do renovation of my kitchen, bathrooms and mudroom. I’m very happy with the results. Throughout the renovation process I was getting weekly updates regarding the work being done in my house. Communication process with Bill and Carmela was prompt. They are professional and their work is neat and of quality. I would recommend them to my friends.

We used K&B to build our new construction in 2018. Simply put it was the best decision we could have ever made. We had just parted ways with our original builder and K&B was the breath of fresh air my wife and I needed to take on this massive project. Throughout the entire process Bill and crew were open to any and all changes we had in mind, the word “no” just isn’t in their vocabulary. They always laid out all the options and all possible outcomes, there is no grey area with them. We plan on investing in properties in the near future and there is no doubt who we would hire to see those projects thru. K&B will always have a place in our heart because they played a major part in building our dream home.

Worst experience ever hiring this contractor, takes the money does poor work and runs, they take no pride in there work.. dragged a 3 week job on for a year and the work product is absolutely dreadful

K&B (Bill) built our new home and it was done with quality construction and care. While there were bumps along the road, Bill made sure things got resolved and came back to address any issues. Even after the home was finished, Bill and his crew came back and took care of things that needed to be addressed. This is an important aspect to a "Good builder" who stands behind their product. To come back and honor the warranty issues and make sure things are taken care of. Our home was just finished August of 2016 and it was a brand new construction from ground up. This was also my first "new construction" so I was a bit nervous and it was a lot to deal with for me and my wife. But Bill was good to work with and was able to make sure things kept moving. Now we are going to be working with Bill to finish our basement and I can't wait to see how that turns out. I would recommend K&B to others who is in search of a good builder who knows how to build homes.

K&B recently finished building our "dream home" a few months ago and we couldn't be happier with the way it turned out. The entire staff was fantastic to work with. We knew we would choose them from our first meeting with Bill. K&B took service to the next level, most of the time responding to questions instantaneously. It also helps that their trim work is second to none. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

K&B Home Solutions did a sizable renovation in our home recently and we wanted to write a review on their behalf. Doing a home renovation is a stressful process, when you start out you always wonder if you're picking the right company to work with because the relationship is like a marriage, it has it's ups and downs, but you grow to have mutual respect for each other along the way. As we went on in the renovation process, we realized that we made the right decision with picking K&B to do our home. K&B is a family run business and they really care about their customers and they want to make sure that their customers are happy. I can personally say that they really do go the extra mile to ensure their customers are satisfied and in my experience they have always done the right thing to make sure our home was how we wanted it and that we were happy. Our experience with K&B was very pleasurable and we would recommend them to our family and friends. We love our home!

I hired K&B Home Solutions to do some remodeling on my home in Franklin Lakes and I am so happy that I chose this company. From the initial consultation, they operated with honesty, integrity and professionalism. They provided excellent customer service, helped guide me with several decisions I had to make and when they got down to the work it was seamless. We had an addition put on our house that entailed adding on to our kitchen, bath and guest bedroom along with a master closet and bath upstairs. The job was completed in under 5 months with several people even working Christmas Eve so I could have my kitchen ready for Christmas Eve dinner that night with my whole family. The workers were polite, detail oriented and helpful...even letting my dog out if I wasn't around. It was not the typical addition nightmare many people speak of. This wasxa big undertaking considering my husband and I decided to do this addition after being newly married and blending five children. We Are happy to say we are still married after!
