Garbage quality cabinets. We had to have the installer come out and attempt to fix the soft close drawers so they would actually...close. Received one vanity with: 1. Fake drawer with three sets of screws holes - looks like multiple failed attempts were made to attach it. 2. Drawer front that was mis-alligned (skewed) and not closing 3. Missing bumpers on doors to keep them off the face rails 4. Multiple rail holes in the back panel. Overall it looks like they took a vanity from their trash pile, tried to rework it and shipped it to us

The experience was terrible! Ordered in January and was promised beautiful custom cabinets. Incorrect items were, pieces were missing and damaged, replacements took months to receive and the actual build is horrible. Finally got the last corrected piece in mid-December. I am likely going to have to hire a cabient maker to fix all the problems still remaining because this company was no help. It was an extremely expensive nightmare from start to finish. Don't work with this company.

I have been a designer for 17 years and this is the worst cabinet company I have ever worked with. In the last 24 months they have becoming increasingly worse. I am a very loyal account holder and tried to stick with them because there are some great people who work for the company, but their incompetence was reflecting onto my business, and I am forced to cut ties. Everything from craftsmanship of the products to internal logistics are terrible. Do not buy from this company.

If I could give negative reviews I would. I ordered my cabinets last June 2021 and am still waiting on pieces. The parts that did arrive were damaged and broken and peeling paint. The replacements for those have not arrived yet either. The drawer boxes are terrible quality and can’t even hold my pots and pans that they were intended for. The shelves are very poor quality as well and can’t even hold the weight of plates. I am so disappointed and have even reached out many times to try to rectify the situation and have not heard back from kabinart at all. I have paid in full and still have not received everything almost a year later. From my experience, they will take money and then not provide your order or respond to you. Very disrespectful and unprofessional.

I have been waiting for 16 years. 16 years since we moved into this house with 1982 formica counters, dark wood, wallpaper, and poor lighting. I was really hoping to love everything about my new kitchen, but the thing that takes up the most space and cost the most money , the Kabinart cabinets, have been absolutely horrible. I am so mad that I did not just work with the big box store for one of their better brands. Still waiting on missing pieces after almost 6 months!!! (Yeah, yeah supply chain...) At least one out of every five pieces needs replaced due to broken doors, really sloppy staining, broken tracks, or cracked frames. I wonder if I will have replacements this year? NONE of the "soft close" doors work as they should- scraping the cabinet box and needing a sumo-shove to close at all. (Yes we had the rep here trying to figure it out.) The "dovetail" joints are sloppy, un-sanded, and uneven. They should be pounded in to place, but I am afraid the flimsy drawer will splinter to pieces. Brittle, cheap shelf holders, several have already failed. My contractor/husband who has been hanging cabinets for 30+ years has never seen so many problems, even with clients who bought cabinets through those "clubs" popular in the '90s. I thought I did my research, but the distributor thinks there may have been some changes at the factory, blah blah. Stay away from this company!!!! This was a $20k mistake I don't want someone else to make!

Horrible service waited a whole year with excuse after excuse. Cabinets arrive damaged missing drawers and after a year was told we had to wait 3 months to complete our order. Cabinets cost 15,000.00. Do not order from this company!!!

I wish I had seen the previous reviews before deciding to order our cabinets back in August. While the delay of them arriving finally in January was frustrating, the poor condition they arrived was unacceptable. Nearly all of the cabinets arrived damaged, whether it was paint, cracked frames, and/or chipped frames. Additionally, we didn’t receive all of our order and still are waiting on it 5 weeks after the delivery of the other cabinets. We essentially were told if we decided to ask that certain cabinets be redone, it wouldn’t be prioritized. We have had to have all of the cabinets repainted by our installer and repairs made as best as possible. Some of the cabinets are unable to be completely repaired so you do see the defects still. It is very disappointing for the price we paid. I have never been so disappointed in a product and could never recommend Kabinart as the quality and customer service is below mediocre. Who knows when we will receive the rest of the order that we paid for in full back in August for what we expected to receive new & undamaged cabinets.

Would not recommend, do not buy!!! My order was delayed by 3 weeks. When received, the cabinets were damaged and missing parts. Paint overspray like a 3-year old painted them, dints, dings, and falling apart. Kabinart agreed to replace the order with a 5-week rush. At the end of the 5-week timeframe, called to check status. They had not even started on a replacement order. Managed to ruin my Thanksgiving and Christmas and I placed the cabinet order in June. Absolutely terrible customer service and you can get ahold of no one at the company to help.

The quality of these cabinets is VERY poor. I had a very large order of cabinetry and the finish is rough, pieces are not aligned, there are dents, scratches, and flaws in paint out of the box. We paid for some custom pieces and had to put in for a third replacement on one of them. You have to pay in full upfront and then never get things resolved. There must not be any QUALITY CONTROL at the factory. Have called in my interior designer to make her aware ,as well as, the cabinet gal. If things are not a big enough problem with delays

Very poor quality and even worse customer service. The cabinets were scratched, gouged and partially unfinished out of the box. Photos were taken to the dealer the Tuesday after Memorial Day and as of today, June 21st, there is no contact from the manufacturer back to the store regarding these issues. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY CABINETS FROM KABINART until they resolve their quality and customer service issues! I should have purchased from the RTA Cabinet store and been done with our remodel. I still don't have any counters or appliances because of Kabinart's poor service and delays! DV

These cabinets are poor quality. We had the Arts & Crafts style installed in our kitchen, and about 1/3 of the cabinet doors arrived damaged. They were not damaged in transit, but rather some doors had deep scrapes and cuts painted over, some had a glossy residue that could not be removed, and some doors had paint already peeling. The soft close hinges have several problems as well and we are regretting our decision. We are trying to get this resolved with the regional rep but there are some serious quality issues with this company.

Okay, so things weren't perfect initially. We've had some challenges. Ultimately, however, the mark of excellence is not whether you have a problem but, rather, how you resolve that problem. Kabinart's customer service department has stood behind their product, accepting responsibility for any production issues and demonstrating a willingness to make things right. We don't do many residential projects, but Kabinart will remain on our vendors list! Thanks guys.
