Ann Arbor Remodeling LLC is by far the best construction company I’ve ever worked with. I have used them to remodel my kitchen, two bathrooms, and hallway and they have built a beautiful raised bed garden in my backyard. They do quality work in a timely fashion. You will never find them running off to another job in the middle of your project. If they think the original idea could use some improvement, they’ll point it out and recommend a change. They are pleasant, they clean up after themselves every day, and their prices are competitive. I have referred all of my friends to Ann Arbor Remodeling LLC and have heard nothing but positive comments and great appreciation for my referrals. They are A+++++ in my book.

We have hired Ann Arbor Remodeling for 3 projects over the last 3 years: (1) the replacement of our deck and patio, (2) turning our unfinished basement into an office and living space, and finally (3) a complete remodel of our first floor, including removal of a partial wall and complete redesign of the kitchen/dining area. We had Ann Arbor Remodeling completely renovate our basement a few months back and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the job they did. The finished product exceeded our expectations and is absolutely beautiful. Justin is a very honest and detail oriented business owner. A few times he had vendors come back and redo work that was performed that was not up to his standards. I hadn’t even noticed or asked. This is a rare trait with contractors and really sets this business apart from their competition. Phil was our on site project lead and he is a very kind and hard working craftsman. We had a great renovation experience. Having worked with other builders, Ann Arbor Remodeling was hands down the most organized and best communicators. Keeping in mind that we were living in the space during the work, the team was super respectful of our space and kept everything very clean. In the end our bathroom and master bed look fantastic!
