John Krablin has been building and developing in Southern California for over 25 years. Raised in Kansas, he worked with his father and brother for over 15 years creating high-end custom housing developments. Seeking a warmer climate, John moved to California and established Krablin Enterprises, building his company on the same principles of quality and integrity that had brought him success in Kansas. His business was initially centered in the Los Angeles area, where John worked with world class designers, architects, and engineers building custom residences throughout Bel Air, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Santa Monica, and Malibu. After 15 years of travel to LA, John refocused his work in Ventura and Santa Barbara counties, continuing to build and develop custom homes. John’s attention to detail, flair for design, and emphasis on quality are evident in all his projects. Now recognized as a premier “green” construction specialists, John will continue to build homes that are environmentally friendly while maintaining the same high standard of design and construction for which he is known.
