Entropy Limited

We selected Joel at Entropy from a number of design professionals. He worked with us over a couple of months to design an apartment over our garage. The service was great at a reasonable price. All of the contractors who bid the job commented on the quality of the plans. Entropy worked with us through the zoning process, contractor selection and construction. We were very pleased with the end result that was modified only slightly from the original design. The only hiccup was the cabinet design. We would not recommended separate cabinet bases and doors requiring on-site finishing if you can avoid it. Overall we were very pleased and would highly recommend Entropy.

Joel Stine of Entropy Limited designed and provided construction management services for a major addition and remodel of our residence (See construction photo below and Genesee Addition and Remodel photos for results) . We later asked him to step in to provide clean-up of final drawings and construction management services on the renovation of a commercial building after we were forced to replace another architect for non-performance (See before and after photos below). On both projects, he was knowledgeable and thoroughly professional in everything he did for us, providing creative design solutions to meet our needs, performing his design work and inspections on schedule, and quickly completing research to find answers for issues he was not familiar with or referring us to engineers or other technical professionals for issues outside his expertise. He was a pleasure to work with because he always listened and was responsive to our suggestions and ideas, tactfully convincing us to drop the bad ones and skillfully executing the good ones. I recommend Joel without hesitation.
