Jennifer Dial is the best realtor! She is so good at understanding just what I wanted. She found us a house in north Texas when we moved from Arizona, that we were SO happy with (the home and especially the area). Two years later our dream property came up for sale, and Jennifer helped us sell our lovely home and buy our dream home. It would be too much to write here, & explain the crazy hoops we had to jump through all along the way (COVID) but she did it. She is a miracle worker. We love her.

Jennifer Dial, the owner of Fortune Properties, is a realtor, who helped us buying two properties till date. One in October of 2014 and the other in November of 2016, which we own both the single family homes. To us, when we ended up closing the first property from the start, in one sentence, "she was a god sent angel", when we had no-one to help and nowhere to go situation. With that first cordial, inviting, care-taking, loving and affectionate deal completion made us to approach Jennifer Dial for the second home purchase project. Amazingly, we learnt even more of her extremely good qualities with abandoned information for any buyer to get into the real estate market without any doubts and ambiguity. We successfully closed it too. We decided, Jennifer Dial, is the to-go person for all our real estate needs whether it is buying or selling or both. Our Future buying/selling projects are always going to be her deals. Jennifer has been my realtor for two homes now. She is extremely efficient, she is professional (yet also very fun!), and she really knows what she is doing. Buying a home is a big project and I knew that I could count on her to make sure all tasks were completed on time and correctly. She just gets things done! Highly, HIGHLY recommend her.

Jennifer was absolutely phenomenal. We were first time home buyers and we thought we had a general idea of what we wanted, but quickly realized that our idea was pretty hazy. Jennifer was wonderful at helping us hone in on our preferences and she was so incredibly patient with us throughout the entire process—especially with our 3 little ones that usually tagged along. Having young ones during walk-throughs can be very trying but Jennifer never showed any annoyance and even made special arrangements to accommodate them. She even took days to scout out our preferred homes ahead of time on her own so we didn’t have to drag them through homes that didn’t fill enough of our wishlist. She caught on to our preferences very swiftly, did her “homework,” and could easily point us in the right direction when new homes came onto the market. Her eye for design was able to explain how a space could be altered or decorated differently to make it fit our purposes. She is a master at her craft and understands the ins and outs of the whole process and made it understandable to newbies like us. She is a fabulous negotiator and fought for our best interests. She wasn’t happy until we were happy. I wholly trust her judgment. Not only was she first rate in every aspect of our home-buying process, but she is one of my favorite people and so fun to spend the day with. She was so optimistic that we would find our dream home (and we did!) and she kept us smiling and laughing throughout. She will be a longtime friend. My wife and I have used Jennifer Dial (Fortune Properties) on 4 separate real estate transactions in the last 4 years. She was the listing agent on two and buying agent on another two. My own mother was a realtor when I was growing up and so I am quite familiar with the buy/sell process and I am so very impressed with Jennifer's negotiating skills and timing as well as her knowledge and foresight for the markets. Jennifer Dial made buying our home such a wonderful experience! Being first time home buyer's in a new area, we needed someone we were very confident in. She knows Austin, and surrounding suburbs so well. School district's, neighborhoods, community facilities, quality of builders, etc. She takes the stress out of buying a home! Jennifer is AMAZING! She really takes time to get to know you, listen, and learn what you are looking for. She doesn't just care about selling a home. She cares about people. She is low pressure, honest (even if the truth is hard to heard), and trustworthy. Jennifer sold us our first Texas home; we've been in it for more than a year now, and she still follows up with us periodically to see how we're doing. We had a structural issue with our home about nine months after we purchased it, and when the builders wouldn't return our calls, we contacted Jennifer for ideas to get resolution. She contacted the builder immediately, and within 24 hours, the builder came to our home to address the issue. Jennifer is a go-getter and will do whatever she can to help a client. She's amazing, and I've recommended her to numerous people!
