The tracking system is most customer unfriendly. When one tries to find out about the order or by email, you are directed to leave an email or phone number and the answer is always it is in transit. You are mostly unable to talk to a human - although not sure that that would help. I ordered on July 2nd and it is now the 17th and still no status. Others who ordered within a day or two of me got their orders. Customer service leaves a great deal to be desired.

Very Unhappy with this company!! Horrible Customer Service!! Products had a bad odor and when I tried to return they would not let me!! I have been back and forth for weeks just trying to get my money back!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!

If you're looking for the baby stuff and you can't find anywhere else, this is the place for you. I also agree with the previous poster. That's why I highly recommend this store!!!

Just received mine today.. took 10 days to received! The bodysuit set is very nice ..good material! will shop again. :) btw.. Don't hesitate to buy . Petite Bello has a good quality with a reasonable price.
