Firman Reece was set up initially in the Fulham area, where we are still based today. We serve clients throughout the London property spectrum from full refurbishments of 2 bedroom flats in Clapham and Fulham through to whole house refurbishments in the West End and Chelsea. All of our processes are set up for this market, and we believe we can call on some of the finest trades available in the London area, and therefore produce some outstanding results, just have a look at our catalogue of work to see some previously completed projects. Our typical London client knows just what they are looking for, are keen to maintain a hands-on approach but would like the security of having trusted, qualified and business-like contractors with whom to deal on a day to day basis. We are pleased to be able to offer to our customers a service, which provides them a way of escaping the fears involved in breaking down a project. I.e they do not have to organise different architects, then cajole them through the planning process, go through endless tender doc’s and finally get pushed into decisions on who to use and how to do things by an overly pushy design team. We work with some great designers, from different backgrounds, with different styles, all of whom have a professional relationship with us. We can give you a firm indication of the total price to take you from idea to reality and you only ever have to deal with 1 project manager. He will do the cajoling, calling, and stressful parts of the process for you.
