My house was staged for sale. 3 offers in 3 days. She gave a story and purpose to rooms - which sounds obvious - but in my house it was not. She has creative energy, a discerning design sensibility, and is able to edit and organize. I would highly recommend Janet and BOLD. She's a true professional, easy to work with, and brought a spark of magic to what was an insurmountable task for me.

Janet has now helped me furnish two properties; a house in Incline Village and a condo in Las Vegas. Both of these experiences have been successful and enjoyable. Frequently, the question friends ask upon seeing my house or condo for the first time is "did you do this yourself?" Alas, I have to admit to having a bit of help. I have been involved but Janet has offered her guidance based upon her interpretation of my wishes. It has been an excellent collaboration and both properties turned out beautiful and unmistakenly mine. Janet is fun to work with, her fees are reasonable and her enthusiasm is absolutely infectious. I look forward to working with her again when I get my next house.

Working with Janet & her team on a few large-scale projects went extremely well. We had several conversations prior to the start of our research, so Janet really knew our goals and budget. On one project, we had the added logistical complications of shipping furniture overseas to Hawaii... she found the most economical and efficient way to have our pieces shipped to a location where everything could be stored until the shipping container could be packed. I was truly in awe with how she navigated 15+ different vendors and the shipping company to coordinate a successful delivery. Everything was "smooth sailing" you might say! I have also had the opportunity to shop the professional markets with Bold which is not only exciting but also very educational and leaves no stone unturned in terms of styles and options. Their vast experience with the professional markets turns a potentially daunting experience into something fun, rewarding, and successful. I would 110% recommend BOLD to anyone looking for fresh (bold!) ideas... no matter what type of budget you are working with. Their designers all act as great advocates for their clients. They are super well-organized and efficient so their billable time is always well-spent. I can't wait for the next home design project to come along so I can hire them again!

After staging their homes for sale many of my clients use Janet and her team to design and decorate their new home.
