Jaimie Nelson Design

Jaimie is absolutely amazing. We were in the process of planning for the remodel of 3 bathrooms, including our master bath, when we met Jaimie. Jaimie was able to step in and design the bathrooms either from scratch or working with some decisions that I’d already made. When our contractor had to back out due to the pandemic, Jaimie took the lead and guided the work, coordinating the various sub-contractors and overseeing everything to the tiniest of details. Jaimie is a pleasure to work with and is excellent at communicating. I look forward to having Jaimie help me with other projects in our house. And if we ever move, I’m taking these bathrooms with me!

We recently completed an entire kitchen remodel and first floor renovation with the help of Jaimie and I could not have been more pleased! This was our first time working with a designer and she far exceeded all expectations. She is so personable, kind and is always available for questions or to help problem solve when/if challenges arise. Jaimie was such a life-saver when it came to material selection - she is confident, knows her stuff and was quickly able to pick up on what we like and wanted for our project. Jaimie also helped decorate our space and I am so thankful for her beautiful and creative eye. Now I live in a home I truly love and I owe Jaimie so many thanks. I would highly recommend her and will definitely be calling her for future projects.

We recently worked with on a complete master bathroom remodel. We couldn’t have asked to work with a more diligent, professional and detailed person than Jaimie. It was a pleasure - which for many of you reading this that have built your house or have done a remodel, it is truly rare to say that. The normal questions that come up – When are they coming? I thought they were stopping by? Seriously, he doesn’t have the plans? Jaimie takes care of all of it. She is timely, has wonderful design ideas and most importantly, follows through and keeps her commitments. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Jaimie is a wonderful design professional who brings forward a depth of knowledge of the entire process to all of her clients. She is patient and listens well and confidently brings forward ideas to make the selection process seamless. She is very responsive to questions along the way and has an amazing gift to keep calm when the process is getting the best of folks. Her professionalism shines through in every interaction and I can't wait to use her again some day for another project!

Jamie is the best! So easy to work with. She asked the right questions to get a sense of my design preferences and styles and ran with it. I couldn't recommend her enough. Patient and always willing to answer questions I had. He design vision was always spot on and her knowledge or every product was spot on all the time.

We worked with Jaimie on our home renovation last year, and we can't say enough great things about our experience working with her. We had never done any significant home remodeling before, so we had no idea where to start. Jaimie walked us through every step of the design process, including explaining which areas we needed to address now, and which areas could be deferred until later. She is able to provide great recommendations at almost any price point, and is always looking for ways to save money and stay within budget without compromising the final product. Perhaps most importantly, Jaimie is incredibly responsive, and frequently went above and beyond to make sure our job was done right. On any group text or email, she was always the first to respond. When we had issues with subcontractors or suppliers, Jaimie always found a way to sort out the issue and get it resolved. We love the way our remodel turned out, and Jaimie made the process so much more manageable. The next time we do any significant work on our home, we will definitely work with Jaimie again.

Jaimie has a fantastic eye that translates well into her clients individual styles. During our project she was attentive and helped guide our choices with the end result and budget constantly in mind.

Jaime is amazing! When we first set off on the journey of building a new home we planned on doing a lot of the decorating and furnishing ourselves. We quickly became overwhelmed with all the choices and work. Jaimie came highly recommended and there is a reason. She started by getting to know us, asking questions, and listening. She pulled together what was important to us and gave us a clear vision of our style and how to bring that to life in our new home. At times my husband and I would get off track but Jaimie is amazing at saving us from ourselves while challenging us to take some risks. Without Jaimie we would have made purchases we wouldn't be confident about and spend more money replacing items we wouldn’t be happy with. Jaimie is very affordable and saved us time, frustration, and money throughout the process. We love our home and one of our favorite places to spend time is our deck. It is truly a relaxing, tranquil retreat we get to escape to and watch sunsets during the summer nights. This would have never happened without Jaimie's ideas and guidance. Jaimie is amazing and we look forward working with her on future projects!

I absolutely loved working with Jaimie! She helped me update my great room and master bedroom. From furniture, lighting & accessories, she helped me make confident decisions that I know in the long run saved me both time & money! I love how she was able to provide ideas & recommendations from different stores and create a cohesive look. She listened & collaborated with me as we went along - providing reasoning on why she would choose one option over another. She worked within my budget and helped me choose pieces that were good quality, but at the right price for me! I would highly recommend her to anyone!

I absolutely loved working with Jaimie on my home remodel project. She helped with the design of the project including selection of all lighting, hardware, tile, countertops, paint and of course furniture! This allowed me to the be the general contractor for the remodel of the entire main floor of my home. She was fast, very knowledgeable and I felt confident in my choices. In the past I have spent money on home furnishings and then very quickly realized I didn't love them or I was not able to complete a cohesive look. It was reassuring to have Jaimie involved throughout the process. She asked many questions to understand my style and what was most important to me in designing my home. I also learned a lot along the way. Now I know why I like certain things and how to maintain the look and feel going forward. She was respectful of my budget, gave me options and made the process less stressful than if I had done it on my own. My home feels incredibly cozy and I enjoy it each and every day. I get compliments from everyone that walks in the door - and Jaimie deserves all the credit. I look forward to working with Jaimie on the basement very soon!

Jaimie Nelson is fabulous and I would highly recommend her! She was able to take my style mix (a little traditional and modern) and help me to complete two of my living spaces - upstairs family room & finished basement - with needed furniture, paint selection, window coverings and accessories. Jamie really listened to my ideas and budget, and came back to present many options for completing my projects. In addition to having a great eye for color, materials, and fabrics, Jaimie has an excellent hourly rate to make her a 5 star designer. I loved working with her!
