Extremely happy with our new Wine Room created by Jag. Our designer Afrah was outstanding… so incredibly talented and creative, always happy and extremely patient. Afrah listened to our ideas / requirements and successfully brought our vision to life. It looks stunning, especially at night when all lit up. We love that we can use this room for both entertaining and as a functional workspace, utilising the side workbench and pull out (hidden) tasting table. Our installer Steve and supervisor Joe were both friendly and professional. They worked together tirelessly to ensure the room was completed to the highest standard.

Jag kitchen installed our new kitchen, and we couldn't be more pleased with the end result. The finished product looks exactly as we had envisioned, and all the hardware - including hinges, drawer runners, and catches - are of high quality and equipped with soft-close features. Throughout the entire process, Joe, the site supervisor, impressed us with his professionalism, attention to detail, and consistent updates. He went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met, and he was always on top of his game. His knowledge and insight were invaluable in making process straightforward and easy . In terms of value for money, we believe that jag Kitchens offered a fair price for the quality .

Poorly constructed cabinetry and poor service. The cabinetry started coming apart after 4 months. Parts broke and doors out of alignment. Several phone calls before they came to do the repair and then they didn't bring the correct parts. And expensive.

Jag kitchen did a wonderful job of our kitchen 15 years ago. I needed a slight repair to 2 kitchen drawers after 15 years and Jak kitchen did these perfectly at no cost. Wonderful company!

While the workmanship and installation was very good, Jag failed in their design and production of my kitchen. The design process was painful with pushback on everything that was not "normal" with the final design putting the dishwasher in completely wrong place. Then during production of the joinery, Jag unilaterally decided to resize one of the cupboards resulting in installation problems and misalignment of various parts of the kitchen. And to top it off, Jag was completely arrogant blaming everyone but themselves for their failures. Now I have to live with a second rate, over priced, kitchen for years to come.

Stefan , our designer and all the team involved were extremely professional and helpful. They all knew their job and their knowledge was of the highest standard... Nothing was too much trouble for them, no matter how many queries we had. They would return calls promptly.They set a date for installation of our kitchen weeks ahead , and it was installed on time. We used JAG again at a later stage for a TV unit and display cupboards, because we knew they would 'deliver' on time and do a professional job. We have recommended JAG to friends , who also used them.

Highly recommend JAG Kitchens. The whole process ran very smoothly from design stage through to final completion. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The designer listened to the brief and came up with other ideas to make the kitchen more functional. The quality of workmanship is exceptional and the kitchen looks awesome!

Absolutely stunning kitchen, After years in the building industry I had my own design and ideas, Jim McGinness of Jag listened to my requests and never tried to change my mind, Jag followed my design and made it work. Workmanship and quality was number one and every detail was perfected. I commend the Jag team and trades, they were all amazing. Highly recommended!
