We went to see Ivory for advice, house plans, possible changes to the plans, etc. We met with him 3 different times and he did not charge us for the time we spent asking him questions. Ivory always made plenty of time for us and gave us his full attention each time. We interviewed several other professionals, but felt that Ivory was the right person. As the Jenish Home Plans representative in Kamloops, he is the only one who has the authority to access all the Jenish plans and he can easily make changes as needed. He is the right person to design your house from scratch or make changes, or to draw up brand new plans for your renovations. He is very knowledgeable, professional and straightforward. Absolutely deserving of 5 stars.

Ivory was instrumental in both creating the final design as well as supervising the external construction contract for confirmation that the contractor followed the design specification to the current building code standards.
