I love this company! They not only stage but also will come into your home if you are stll living there and "fix" it for sale. Cynthia and her crew work professionally and quickly with mindfulness of doing things that will get your house sold and for a higher price! I was so impressed! OK, All I gotta say is Cynthia Lingg and her team rock! Rock isn't strong enough work they better than rock it! I use Cynthia to stage all my homes I sell. No joke, I've been averaging 4 days on the market when they come in and do the job. IHD isn't just any staging company, they look at it as if they are putting on a show. These aren't bored housewives who rent furniture just to put it into a home, these girls know what's what! Cynthia gets a feel for the home, comes in and just blows it away, even down to the little tea bags in the cups set up at the tiny kitchen table. The girl takes trash cans and make them look fabulous. I'm being serious the last house she did she took trash cans and made them stellar. I can't recommend Cynthia and her team at IHD. Cynthia Lingg is a design professional with a true knowledge of color and space. We first experienced her expertise while she was staging our home for sale. She used our furnishings to make the home look spectacular simply by rearranging things with a designers eye. She was also available by phone on many occasions as I selected paint colors for the outside of our home.
