I employed the services of Illuminate Home Staging to help sell two of my units in our development of 3 units in Bryanston. These units had been advertised and shown empty for 6 months during the final construction and snagging without receiving offers. I approached Lucy at Illuminate Home Staging for a quote to stage our apartment so that we could have some great photos taken in order to attract the tenants that we are looking for.
