Ike was an absolute pleasure to work with. I have been a customer of his for over a year and during that time have purchased a number of large format prints as well a custom made live edge wood coffee table with a one of a kind superimposed photo on the table top. For the coffee table, he consulted with me regarding the look, materials and size of the table as well as the image that I wanted to place on the top of the table. As a photographer, he had numerous beautiful photos to choose from, but I was going for a specific look, and wanted a desert scene. Within a few weeks all details were decided upon and he returned back from the desert with tons of beautiful images that he made specifically for my table. For the prints, it was an easy breezy process ordering from him. His website provides an array of buying options that allow you to customize available sizes and materials. All orders arrived in a timely manner, considering he ships from an uber high quality printer in Germany. For purchases that aren't the standard sizes, such as a triptych, he will work with you and the image of your choosing to size it appropriately and ensure the best quality. I purchased a stunning large format triptych that he made while in Iceland, and it looks wonderful on my loft wall. No part of the image is degraded due to the size, something that he is very cautious of when putting through each order. i spotted a piece of furniture at a restaurant in LA I frequent and loved it. I asked the server if he could get me information on who made it. It was produced by Ike Kraushaar and I got in contact with him through social media. I commissioned a coffee table with an image of the LA skyline. Within a reasonable time the table was produced and delivered, packed very well in a wood crate. Ike sent photos along the way so I could track the progress. When in arrived I was unpacking it in my parking garage and two people saw it and commented on how cool it was. I actually was checking out a lot of Ike's stuff online and ended up buying a photograph too. These are the businesses I like to support. I like to support independent craftsmen who provide the personal attention to detail rather than buying something mass produced in Asia for a similar price.
