We needed to remodel our master bathroom to make it ADA compliant for two senior citizens and to allow us to stay in our home longer. There was a problem in the fact that certain things could not be altered as we are on a slab foundation with tension cables that are about two feet apart in a grid pattern in the foundation. In redoing drains, these cannot be disturbed as they are under several thousand pounds of pressure. Hilary is a designer who understands the basis of construction and is able to communicate with vendors and contractors regarding all facets of their work. She could help with the choice of materials (tile, fixtures, sinks, faucets, etc.) and save us time by narrowing down the many choices into ones that would fit our needs and budget. If a problem arose with supply issues, she was fantastic at providing another solution and also in returning items that were defective or not usable. Because she can visualize the finished project and how the tiles installation, etc. would look as an end product, she provided pictures of similar installations so we could see how they looked when installed over bigger areas than the sample provided at tile stores. She was invaluable and easy to work with and we are very pleased with our end product and the persons who made it possible.

We had a flood in our house and had an almost total remodel. Hilary was amazing. She tied everything together using all the existing furniture so besides the major construction costs of flooring, walls repair and painting, we only had to invest in a couple of new rugs in terms of decor. It was a massive undertaking and I couldn't be happier with the way everything turned out. Her knowledge of use of colors and her eye for detail is impeccable! We purchased a home built in the 1970' and updated it with Hilary's help and direction. She is a fountain of knowledge on building, color, and design. We put in a new kitchen and bathroom, updated two other bathrooms, flooring, paint, blinds, furniture, lighting. and soon to come the outdoor patio. I thank my lucky stars I found Hilary! She is great to work with and wow does she know her colors! She gave me the perfect coastal color palette for the inside of my new 3 story townhouse.
