Highly skilled, knowledgeable, tactful group of experienced professionals. Great communication start to finish. Project included installation and reconfiguration of sophisticated sound system, light system, window treatment. All automated, all custom. This team was thorough, patient, and diligent. We would use them again, without question.

In general, I found from purchasing a home where the previous owner liked and spent large sums on cutting edge tech gadgets and systems, that these systems are quirky, expensive to maintain and repair and become obsolete far too soon. I hired this company to troubleshoot and update the existing systems and work on installing some TV's and connecting to the existing system that Hi-Tek had recently installed for the previous owners. My suggestion would be to get a firm bid as their labor costs were jaw dropping. They billed at $95.00/hour and the labor costs quickly piled up. In my opinion the work and their workers did not justify that high of a billing rate. The work product was less than satisfactory.

This is an amazing company! They are knowledgable, personable and create amazing systems. But the real value to is is that they customize the lighting, security, sound systems and teach you how to use them. We love this company and its employees and will not use anyone else. They are not the cheapest bid, but they are the best in the long run. All the employees at Hi Teck are very good.
