Working with Hauch Design was a seamless, organic process that resulted in a one-of-a-kind ADU that functions as my art studio. I trusted Jeremy's creativity and he brought our vision to life! From concept to completion, I was pleased with the attention to detail and care for our vision. I highly recommend Hauch Design for your project!

We were very happy with our experience working with Jeremy (Hauch Design). He was patient with us and really listened to what we wanted. Jeremy designed an addition that fit both our needs and our budget. We could not be happier with the final product, which consisted of around 200 additional square feet (office, mud entry, laundry room, half bathroom, dining room extension) of heated space and a 200 square foot screened in deck.

To put things simply, the creativity, expertise, and patience of Jeremy Hauch are second to none. We were a family of five, living in an 1,100 square foot house...with one bathroom. Jeremy worked so patiently with us to design a home that, not only, met our needs, but absolutely exceeded our expectations. He maximized every bit of space to give us an efficient home with beautiful flow. Our house is in an older neighborhood, and even with an addition that nearly doubled our square footage, he was able to maintain the style of our 1940’s bungalow, while giving it a more modern/transitional feel. Our home fits. It fits the neighborhood. It fits our family. We are so grateful for Jeremy and Hauch Designs.

Can’t say enough good things about Jeremy and Hauch Design...from where we started (by ourselves) to where we finished (with Jeremy) are like night and day...we couldn’t be more happy with the finished product. I worked w Jeremy on a year long project for an NLI Designed Outdoor Learning Environment at a nearby school. Jeremy managed all aspects of the project from an ungraded clay lot to project completion. He is a consummate professional, works very well with others, and remains steady when roadblocks occur. He has a beautiful eye for design and is quite strong in his attention to details. His skill in interpreting the intentions of the design, and then translating that into something that will stand the test of time was remarkable. He was a very dedicated contributor and I would strongly recommend working with him .

Jeremy really took time to cater to our specific needs and was very prompt with his work. His designs were creative and modern yet very adaptable to our older home. I will most certainly hire him again for our next renovation.

Jeremy was in charge to implement a master plan designed for our school's outdoor environment. He designed the various elements. He selected contractors and followed the project to completion. I had the great opportunity to work with Jeremy on a design-build residential project earlier this year. His unique architectural style and his attention to detail is simply impeccable. Creating a unique design is an artform that most architects never grasp throughout their entire career, and Jeremy has proven his ability to grasp this, over and over again. Jeremy spent a good amount of time getting to know our family's lifestyle, routine, and values before begging the design process. Instead of asking what type of structure we wanted, he drew several preliminary sketches based on our lifestyle for us to review. When he showed us the last drawing, we knew immediately that it was perfect. Jeremy began to design from there and patently worked with us and educated us on the design process. Even though we never gave him the firm construction budget he asked for, Jeremy was able to keep costs down and creatively find ways to preserve the essential design elements in the final set of plans. I highly recommend Jeremy to anyone at any stage of the design process. We have been incredibly lucky to get Jeremy's help. We are on the way to our dream house and we have made a great friend in the process.

Hauch Design PLLC surpassed all my expectations. I needed book illustrations based on a variety of original models, a motley assemblage that had to be molded to a single aesthetic. Jeremy Hauch approached the project with the professionalism of a draftsman and the sensibility of a creative artist. He was able to translate my descriptions of what I wanted into preliminary sketches in which I inevitably found what I was looking for. He met all his self-imposed deadlines and stayed within budget, so much so, the press allowed to to request one final illustration that I'd believed I could not afford. The special qualities of the job that Hauch Design did for me are unlikely to be repeated, but here's what WILL BE REPEATED. The firm provides a very professional service with a personal touch.
