Greg and his team at Hasler Homes Ltd. built our North Vancouver house. Our goal was to achieve a practical, beautiful and efficient house. Greg’s ability to work with different professionals across all the skilled trades and disciplines made the process go smoothly. Greg paid attention to every detail from start to finish. Different options were presented to us with the pros and cons of each one explained to us. Good building practices were implemented, and the different trades were coordinated in an orderly way to move the project along. Even though a pandemic hit during the last stages, work continued in an orderly and safe fashion. As the project progressed and selections were made in the most efficient way, Hasler Homes Ltd realized that we could achieve a Net Zero designation. Hasler Homes did a major renovation on our mid-century modern home over about 9 months, completed in April 2018. The crew was great to deal with and we were very happy with the results. Challenges that came up during the project were handled well and they did a good job of keeping us on budget. We would highly recommend Hasler Homes to anyone looking for a contractor for a new home or renovation.
