We built our home when the Tuscan look was popular (early 2000's). We were ready for a change and decided to remodel the master suite. We interviewed five contractors and hands down Harlequin came in on top. Their excellent design ideas, meticulous follow through and genuine courtesy and kindness was evident throughout the project. The project manager was in touch daily with updates on our project. There were very few "surprises, " but the few that appeared were handled by Harlequin with excellent alternative ideas and solutions to a resolution. I look forward to using them again with any future projects.

The team at harlequin design is very very nice. They are responsive and always on time. This is why we hired them and based on the fact that we did not see any negative reviews. This negative review is solely based on the quality of work done and the fact that 6 months later we are still having issues with our bathroom projects and things that they’ve come out to fix are still not right. Some things that we consider sub standard we have accepted as complete simply because we don’t feel they could be redone without major headaches for us and fears that it would be worse than it is now. Based on other reviews, perhaps our experience is an anomaly, but it is our experience and we will not hire them again and we don’t recommend them. Please note, their trades people are all sub contractors. We believe they tried their best but the result did not meet our expectations for quality.

We hired Harlequin Design Studio to renovate our laundry room and couldn't be happier with it! The Harlequin team exhibited top-notch professionalism every step of the way, from initial design through final construction wrapup. Our existing laundry room had poor lighting, no counters, and a dark, difficult-to- access storage area. Danielle and Tracy worked with us to design a room that now provides efficient work space and accessible storage. Their plan expanded the room into an adjacent closet that now houses a new washer/dryer tower and a handy broom closet. The addition of cabinetry, open shelving, and a new sink has made the room a pleasure to work in. Harlequin performed all construction: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, masonry, ductwork, drywall and painting. New cabinets, countertop, sink, flooring, lighting, and custom shelving were installed. Communication was excellent; every day they updated us with the work schedule and goals, and patiently answered our questions. They made extra effort to keep our old washer/dryer running during construction - greatly appreciated in covid times. Workspaces were always thoroughly cleaned at the end of the workday. We highly recommend Harlequin to anyone considering home renovations! We have already rehired Harlequin for additional projects (bathrooms).

Our home is gorgeous and so functional! If you need amazing design, incomparable functionality and superior work, call Harlequin Design Studio right now. We were stuck in a late 60’s rancher that had never been updated except for some terrible DIY projects left for us by the previous owner. Now we have the most beautiful home that works so well for our large multigenerational family. Tracy, the designer, and I worked very well together on every part of the design process as we practically gutted our 2000 sq. ft. home. Walls were taken down, new rooms created, and everything was updated. We have a new kitchen, dining room, mud room, full bath, and even a relaxing bedroom suite with a walk-in closet. That is only part of it as there isn’t a space in our house that they have not touched. She was always there for design help, offering the experience of what has worked (or not worked) for her in the past. We now have a gorgeous open concept home with a flow that allows for a large family and friends to gather. Our kitchen is beautiful!!! Tracy took time to learn how our family of 10 functioned and designed the perfect flow for us. This is definitely a family kitchen. I have never worked in one better laid out. There is a ton of space and now our whole family can cook together (including some that never cooked before). There is room for the kids (6 of them) to be right in the middle of it if they want to be without anyone getting in each other’s way. The decorative choices are better than I could have possibly imagined. They are very professional and easy to work with. The project manager, Frank, stopped by every day. He ran things smoothly and kept us in the loop all the time. We knew just what to expect with daily communication. The tradespeople were meticulous, and the work was of the highest quality. Everyone was there when they said they would be and were very personable. One of the best things was that, on top of all the amazing work, the folks from Harlequin are so easy to work with. They are very accommodating. They arranged things so that with all of us struck here during a pandemic (some working from home), we were not inconvenienced much at all. The took every precaution to keep us all safe and switched around steps in the remodel to make it easier for us (for example: not going without a kitchen at all, being able to sleep in our bedroom and never losing the living room). I could write for days about how amazing working with Harlequin has been, but I will end with saying I am so satisfied with the way my home has turned out. If I ever had to have anything else done my first call would be to Harlequin Design Studio.

We are thrilled beyond words with our new kitchen remodel. Tracy & crew were amazing from start to finish with great communication every step of the way. They really listened to us & were super flexible when we changed our mind on something. Tracy has such incredible vision and came up with our dream kitchen design. Their workers are so professional and became like family members to us as the project continued. We highly recommend them and will use them for future projects.

When we started this project - we knew the look we wanted but had no idea how to get there. Harlequin created many designs until we decided on one that best fit our vision. When designing our layout, they really thought of even the smallest things - so we didn't need to come back and ask for them later. Their assistance in helping us with our selection of appliances, cabinets, counters, tile, lighting, plumbing and even hardware - really took the stress out of making decisions on our own. Additionally, they came in ON BUDGET and ON TIME, even with the number of additions and changes we made along the way. Their attention to the smallest details made a huge difference on how the project turned out. They really did design our dream kitchen! (and bar) and made it as painless as a remodel could be!

Fantastic company to work with. They really help you though the whole remodel process from design to selections. Was very impressed with their hands-on management and attention to detail. Would recommend them to anyone who wants to remodel their kitchen or bathroom.

We are so pleased with how our kitchen remodel has tuned out. After a long search interviewing designers we decided to use Harlequin based on their quick communication and helping us to feel comfortable with the entire process. Tracy listened to both of us well and came up with design features we never would have considered. Danielle made the overwhelming process of picking out the flooring, backsplash, etc. enjoyable by listening to our opinion and guiding us to decisions. She able to guide us with keeping in budget. During construction, Frank was on site almost every day and he would text updates the day before so we knew what guys where coming and when. With three school aged kids the guys helped keep the disruption to our morning routine to a minimum. Overall, Harlequin went above and beyond what we expected, we really couldn’t be happier with the final outcome! Cooking in the new kitchen now makes it feel like we are on vacation!

Tracy and Frank are not only excellent at what they do and extremely professional but they are excellent people as well. We can not recommend them highly enough.

Overall, they did a really good job. They remodeled our kitchen. If it let me I would actually give 4 1/2 stars. The design work and helping pick out the materials was definitely 5 star. All of the work they performed was really good-the floors, the cabinets, the granite counter tops. We had a few issues with the drywall, and after a number of times they were acceptable. That is the only reason I didn't give them the 5 stars. I would definitely use them again if we need something done.

We have used Harlequin Design Studios both in our home and business, and wouldn't look elsewhere. The personal design suggestions fit our needs, timing and budget. Every customer service aspect surpassed our expectations from our initial phone call to a post install visit. The entire Harlequin team was professional and easy to work with. Their kitchen remodel design solutions for us included: unifying 2 spaces into one after knocking down a wall; re-using existing cabinets by rearranging them, refreshing the finish and hardware, and strategically adding several new ones to match; suggesting a way to lower a microwave to within reach; constructing a unique drawer so it could be opened under tight clearance; and suggesting the perfect backsplash tile. The team was constantly aware of the disruption that comes with a big project and communicated and kept things moving for us. No complaints. We love it.

This was a great company to deal with and had amazing ideas for our remodel. I would use them again for any work. I have had other work done and this was the best I have used they are a wonderful group of people.

Tracy and her Team are fantastic! My husband and I would never consider anyone else for any project we have. We now have the kitchen, dining area, laundry and deck of our dreams. Tracy understands budget limits but more importantly, hires contractors who took great care of our property and did phenomenal work. We could not be happier.

We smile every time we look at our newly updated kitchen and bathroom! It's only been a couple of weeks since their completion, and we still find ourselves playing with all the possible lighting combinations in the kitchen. It took me longer to make cookies because I couldn't stop admiring the granite counters. Tracy and her skilled, friendly, reliable crew created two beautiful spaces in our 1950's ranch in Broadview Heights. She came with us to help pick out flooring, countertops, bathroom fixtures, cabinets, lighting, backsplash.... Her eye for color and design is unerring. She gave us a realistic estimate of cost and time to complete the job. She kept us on track with our budget as we made the many choices for our rooms. The workmen were very attentive to detail and always left our home as presentable as possible when they were finished for the day. We have absolutely no complaints and would recommend Harlequin Design to anyone!!

I have worked with Tracy and her team for many years. She is a very talented Kitchen Designer. She has a great vision for space and design. Her Team does quality work. and I would recommend her to anyone.
