Lamps Next

Bought a ceiling fan. The LED lights on it broke within 8 months. Although the company's website claims it has a 1-year warranty on the product, they refused to send a replacement light kit to me simply because I had moved, so I no longer had the same address as on the original order. It's completely unfair that customers are punished for moving. The whole reason the ceiling fan was bought was because I was moving to a new house! And clearly the product isn't made well because the LED lights broke in less than a year!

DO NOT USE LAMPSNEXT!!!!!!!!!! I purchased a few items from them, they took my money the same day and 4 months later I am still trying to get all the parts!!! I've emailed so many times and get a different story each time which is never true.... now they have stopped replying all together!!! SAVE YOUR TIME, MONEY and SANITY and DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!

Stay away from this company! I placed a $1000 order for 23 lights for a large renovation job earlier this month. I inquired yesterday about the status of the order and this is the response I got. "We are sincerely sorry to keep you waiting.Just got the news from the manufacturer, they are off production as the shortage of hardware accessories. Could we cancel this order and refund you in full so that you could buy it elsewhere as soon as possible?" The worst part is that I can go to their site and add the same lights to my cart with no message saying these lights aren't available. My electrician is waiting to install lights and now I have to go find another source. Not sure when LampsNext was going to inform me that my order wasn't coming if I hadn't enquired. EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE!

This business has terrible customer service and support. I purchased a product that was listed as "in-stock". My order was listed as processing and when I followed up with the email on the website after not seeing movement in my order- I received a terrible email. The email stated- " We are sincerely sorry to keep you waiting.As the stocks were sold out,your order is being produced,and will take 15-20 days to finish making.Hope your kind understanding.Please kindly wait." They expected me to follow up to find out that the product was out of stock and still haven't provided a clear timeline on delivery of said product. Even now the product shows as "in-stock" on their website. How can a company that says they care about customer service treat their customers this way and then not provide a phone number for support. I will never purchase from this company again and I suggest that future consumers heed my warning.

I bought a ceiling fan and cancelled it. It was three weeks later into the order and Lamps Next were not hesitant to cancel the order and were quick to answer. A company that can handle a late cancellation to satisfy the customer meant a lot me.
