Greene and Roth deceived and took advantage of my stroke surviving mother. Imagine purchasing these items from Greene & Roth but they come damaged. They are under warranty but Greene & Roth refuses to honor it. Greene and Roth stops answering your emails. This is my experience with Greene & Roth. I was able to get the toilet replaced by the manufacturer, but the best that green and Roth would do is give me a slight discount on a new purchase. Yes you read that correct, they would not honor the warranty and their best solution was to charge my mother for another toilet. Avoid this business, my grandpa shopped here back in the day, very sad to see it go downhill.

Hello, we had a negative experience and wouldn't recommend this store. we redid 2 bathrooms in our home. Problems were: (1) Didnt get what we had asked for in terms of tile match of picture we showed and provided for one of the bathrooms, (2) we were oversold necessary tile for job despite giving the proper dimensions for both bathrooms, and very difficult process along the way. The initial consult went well but was not indicative. There are alot of stores that we would have gone to instead had we known.

Greene and Roth helped us design and renovate our kitchen. We could not have selected a better company. Professional, communicative, on-time and flawless execution are a few attributes to describe our experience. From the selection process with Bruce, Klaus and Heidi to the quality craftsmanship from Perfect Kuts, we enjoyed the whole project. We have no reservations about Greene and Roth. I recommend hiring them for kitchen renovation.

We remodeled our master bath last autumn. Greene and Roth was our contractor and we couldn’t be more pleased. Their showroom has a very large selection of quality materials to choose among and Bruce Greene and his staff have always been courteous and helpful. Bruce was very patient and spent a lot of time helping us choose the right tile, furniture and fixtures for the job. His workers were competent and easy to deal with. The tile work was excellent and the cabinets and all fixtures fit perfectly. There were very few problems, but when they arose, they were handled quickly, so our job was completed on time. One minor issue arose recently. We discussed it with Bruce and true to form, he immediately sent the right person to resolve it. I am an interior decorator. Greene & Roth has been my "go to" for all tiles. The selection is vast and current. When using their installers for jobs, they have been professional, timely and very skillful. When G&R has been the supplier for my contractor to install, they have always been helpful , courteous, and most of all PATIENT with changes, rushes, etc.

Vast tile selection and excellent staff to help coordinate your selections. As a contractor, unrelieved heavily on my vendors to help my customers find a pleasureable experience in their search for items for their project. Greene and Roth makes that easy for me.

Annette and Rick are terrific. They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable and take the time to listen to you. They also know every product they sell and can guide you when making selections. The installers are true craftsmen and they are neat, meticulous in their work and professional. Bruce has a great eye for colors and design and always provides functional suggestions. We have remodeled our kitchen and one of our bathrooms and they have done a great job with the tile selection and installations. We are very satisfied with Greene and Roth and highly recommend them.

You can choose traditional to unique and the staff will guide you through it . I am always happy when one of my customers chooses them for product. It makes my job easier.

Reliable and helpful- two words that best describe the service my clients and my business have continuously received by the professionals at Greene & Roth. They are absolutely the only flooring and tile company I trust to refer my clients to for advise and assistance, regardless of the size of the project. With literally thousands of tile, flooring and layout options to chose from, decision making can be a daunting task and the confidence I have in being able to utilize Greene & Roth to guide my clients through the selection and delivering of the final product is priceless. I have used both their supplier and installation services for upwards of 15 years and have experienced only the highest quality of service- prompt and on-time, start and finish the project without interruption, can-do attitude, neat and detail oriented. And of critical importance to a contractor such as myself, Greene & Roth ALWAYS exhibits the most professional respect for the homeowners and contractors they are working with. I have purchased tile and flooring from Greene and Roth several times over the past few years. I found their prices competitive with other companies and they have a large selection to choose from. Their design team, Annette and Bruce, were extremely helpful in helping me choose tile for my bathrooms and kitchen.. Annette has the patience of a saint and I always enjoy working with her. I would definitely recommend using Greene and Roth for all of your tile and flooring needs.

The owners and employees of Greene & Roth floor covering have been a pleasure to work with. Not only do they have a wonderful product selection, but they have great customer service.
