Graf Brothers Flooring has such an amazing selection of flooring and finishes. They are so beautiful that it is difficult to select just one! Between the plank width, length and stain, the possibilities are endless. The quality is unmatched and is definitely a floor you can have in your home for 100 years.

I had such an amazing experience with Graff. The staff was beyond helpful, especially since my builders were not. They sent me samples when I couldn't decide on a color. The floors turned out beyond what I expected, and I recieve compliments from everyone!! Including my builders! I would highly recommend them.

Graf Brothers has low quality flooring - everything has dents and nicks in it even at top grade. They are unable to provide basic straight lines on their cuts and then when you make a claim they will stick a remote inspector on you --- which is unreasonable because someone has to come to site to see it. It's really an issue and probably the worst vendor we dealt with in our renovation.

We bought what is supposed to be high end flooring for our renovation from Graf brothers and it was 100 percent unusable due to shotty work on the ends. There were no right corners -- all corners were slanted. This stalled all work and we are going through an inane process of mailing pieces back for review. I already sent 20 photos but hat want enough although it is so clear. I do not think their product is quality and their resolution time for issues is unacceptable. Do not buy from them or work with them.
