TOGO Custom Homes, LLC was founded by brothers Todd and Gordon Kwasniewski in 1998. they have been in the construction business for over 30 years, working for their father's construction company from 1980 to 1988 and becoming part owners of the business in 1988. During these years of working for their father, they became experienced in all phases of homebuilding and remodeling. Todd and Gordon can physically perform all trades, ensuring that any contractors working on a project perform work to their quality standards. Our reputation for quality work has earned us a well-established working relationship with qualified subcontractors and vendors. We work collaboratively to ensure our clients' expectations for a truly custom built home are surpassed by our quality craftsmanship, integrity, and overall commitment to excellence.

Togo Custom Homes built our custom home in 2021-2022. After interviewing many builders we were blessed to find Gordon and Todd. We were looking for honest, experienced and meticulous builders which we found in Togo Customs Homes. Our home is exactly what we had in envisioned. Gordon spent many hours going over ever minute detail, making sure we were satisfied with each step of the building process. Gordon and Todd are masters at their craft. Our home is a solid well built brick house with lots of detail which makes it stand out from anyone else's. All of the materials used were top quality, low voc. I have been in my house for 3 years now and have been extremely happy. I would recommend Todd and Gordon to anyone looking for a custom home builder.

We hired TOGO for a few projects. They put the kitchen, master bathroom and porch on our log home. Each project was custom as our house has full round logs and is not easy to work with. The results were well done. We are very happy with their work.

Great team to work with on a custom home. They listen to what you really want and work with you to stay within a budget by giving you options. They do not cut corners or try to use low end products when committing to a quality build. Finished our home right on schedule even with some extreme weather conditions.
