So happy with my new flooring. The click vinyl planks (Cascade) look amazing, feel amazing and have totally updated my kitchen, sunroom, powder room, laundry room, foyer and master bath. The ordering process was quick, efficient and easy. My questions were answered promptly by Philip Martony by either phone or e-mail. The shipping was speedy and on time. Had a contractor do the job. After spending many hours online looking for the right flooring, I feel that GoHaus prices were very competitive and the product excellent.

Lackluster customer service. They're your best buddy, checking in regularly and asking if you have any questions, right up until they make the sale. Then, once you make a purchase they go completely AWOL! No shipping updates, like it says they will provide, and we've now been waiting over two weeks for a callback after having called them about a minor issue multiple times. We haven't even installed the flooring yet, but with the lack of responses, we will certainly not be using them for any future projects.

This is my third installation using GoHaus click-lock vinyl plank flooring, and as always, we are really happy with the result! We love the look, and it feels great underfoot. Thank you, GoHaus!

Excellent company and fantastic product. We chose an engineered Hardwood for our stairs and 2nd floor. Our installers Loved the product as much as we did. Delivery to Florida Took about 8 days.

I ordered GoHaus WPC Mather to replace all of the carpeting in my house. So far, it looks great! I installed myself. I found the large boards a little bit harder to install but I love the way they look. I still have stairs to go. I'll post more photos when I'm all done.

I recently installed GoHaus Utility Luxury Vinyl Planks (Taverna) in my Florida room, and I could not be happier with the outcome. The installation was easy for a first tim'er to do, and the durability is amazing. I actually scratched the floor moving the refrigerator and the scratch buffed right out with soap and water. The texture is gorgeous and the variation in planks made it very easy to avoid repeats.

A few years ago my husband and I purchased a 1,100 s.f. duplex unit with a mix of tile, carpet and vinyl squares that had all seen better days. We began searching for a low maintenance, durable flooring product to replace all of it, including kitchen and bathroom. Prior to installation we had our concrete slab assessed by a knowledgeable professional concrete flooring company that we found in our area. They did a great job of evaluating our needs for sanding and leveling where necessary to meet install specifications. In previous homes we had completed DIY projects that turned out well and knew, with the right product, we could remove the old flooring and install the new flooring going room by room without hiring flooring installers. We prefer to work on projects at a relaxed pace. With concrete smoothed out, installing the planks went quickly. The front entry, living, dining areas and kitchen are complete and it has surpassed our expectations. The colors in the planks has brought new life to the older woodwork and kitchen cabinets. It also coordinates a variety of wood colors of furniture. We can definitely attest that, with some planning and a few DIY skills, any able bodied person (we're in our sixties) would be able to install GoHaus WPC Click Vinyl flooring as a DIY project. We had an excellent experience with this company! We hired them to trim-out the whole house (new construction). They also installed all the doors in the house. The quality of work was perfection. They were prompt, and cleaned up the job site very well. I would refer them to my family and friends.

Love this flooring...looks great in my new house. Once we got the hang of it the installation went great, quick and easy. Just had to wait for glue to dry ;) would highly recommend this product!! And excellent customer service, thanks again
