Glenroy Housing is a family owned business and for 30 years has been designing, manufacturing and constructing houses throughout New Zealand. From our purpose built factory located near Blenheim in the province of Marlborough, our Smart Build House components are pre-cut and processed so that following construction, no interior finishing is required. Glenroy houses are constructed using our unique post and beam system and when assembled with structual infil panels, the structure is extremely strong while being eccomonical with materials. With our specialised system we can pack a complete 95sqm bungalow including floor into a 20ft shipping container. We can design houses to your specifications or adapt your plans to our system. Full assembly plans are provided and the houses are quickly and easily assembled. During construction all panel surfaces are protected against adverse weather by a laminate film and sisilation insulation foil.
