We hired Gino and Imperial Remodeling Inc. to redo our kitchen and rewire our house. We are very satisfied with the results-- it feels like we are coming home to a new house! I have included before and after pictures of our house to show you the amazing job Gino did. I really appreciate how many times Gino went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied with the job he did; he listened to our concerns and then did his best to answer them. You can tell the quality work ethic someone has when they spend quality time on the little things that may not matter to others, but matter to you. I highly recommend Gino as someone with the best work ethic who accomplishes what he promises, and does so far quicker than anticipated!

This is the third job Gino has done at our house. First was fireplace, flooring, and painting (see my review from August 2019). Next was the entire kitchen (see my review from August 2020), and now the master bathroom. We’ve been working with Gino for years now, and eventually he will have redone my entire house. What more can I say? Repeat customer several times says it all!

Imperial Remodeling entered the picture when I was looking for a new shower install and floor tile for a master bathroom all within a short timeline . They worked with my budget and gave me choices and a stylish solution for my project. Gino was outstanding in his attention to detail, walking me through the process and keeping me up to date on a daily basis on the projects status. At each stage of the process from demolition to hot mop to wall prep to tile placement to plumbing and painting was done by courteous and talented hardworking pro's who would go out of their way to clean the space at the end of each day. I highly recommend Imperial Remodeling from idea and design to finished project they will not disappoint. They not only met my expectations but exceeded them. Charles

Imperial Remodeling was very attentive to our needs. They were on time and prompt. The quality of their work is the highest I have seen. I noted that their workmen were very nice and were very careful when they moved our things. This project is the second home they have remodeled for us. I selected them for this project based on the high quality of their work on the first project. Their workmen showed up every day; there was no down time except when I requested it. Gino bid on a large renovation project that included replacing stucco on the entire house exterior, installing all new windows, painting, and rebuilding a second level balcony. I received a few bids and Gino came in a the best price. He was eager and responsive to all of my questions in advance and completed the project on time. The quality of the work was very good and I am really pleased with my Spanish style house that now feels completely transformed.

We first called Gino almost a year ago, and didn’t really know exactly what we wanted to do. He gave us some good ideas, and we took some time to think about it. When we were finally ready and called him again, I wasn’t sure he would remember us, but he remembered everything we had talked about and even noticed a French door we had replaced. Gino definitely knows his job well. He suggested a paint color based on the type and color of flooring we selected, and after examining a dozen color cards, we ended up liking and choosing the one he suggested in the first place. Throughout the job, he was on site daily, checking up on the work, and we were always in contact. We always knew what the next step in the process would be, and I never had trouble getting a hold of him if I had questions. In terms of actual cost versus estimate, the quote he gave of $29,000 came out to be $29,200 – no hidden thousand dollar surprises. Everything was done in the time and for the cost that we planned for. Choosing a contractor can be difficult – it’s someone that will be in your home and in your life. Go with Gino and things will be great! We found him because of all of these excellent reviews, and now I’m glad to be writing one of my own. Thanks Gino!

We were having trouble pulling the trigger on a contractor but when we met Gino, we knew he was the one. He delivered exactly what he said he would. He was always on time and the completion of the project was on time. His subs were all great! They were pleasant, quiet, neat and would come back when needed. Gino worked with us when we wanted to change our minds and he also had great suggestions to make when we asked, based on his experience. I would highly recommend Imperial Remodeling!

When my wife and I needed to hire a contractor to renovate or kitchen and 2 and 2 1/2 bathrooms we turned to Houzz for references. We needed a contractor whom we could trust and have confidence the job will get done on time and within budget. We interviewed 3 companies but finally decided to go with Gino and Imperial Remodeling inc. They were not the cheapest bidder to be honest, But When deciding to do a project with substantial funds involved it came down to who we felt we could trust and have a good working relationship with...We found that person in Gino From beginning to end he helped us through the entire process from design concept to construction and finish. All the while keeping us constantly informed on the process through text and email. As with any project of this size there were hiccups along the way but his constant communication and helpful suggestions smoothed over the rough spots. Budget wise as I stated previously there were some unavoidable changes that had to be made but they were handled quickly and for a reasonable amount and we were able to stay within our time table Overall we were exceptionally please with our experience with Gino. The finished product exceeded what we had envisioned for the project and my wife is very satisfied with the outcome so I'm satisfied as well lol.

We had a few glitches along the way, but Gino worked with me to quickly solve them and move forward with the project.
