We are very pleased with the work done on our house. Our estimate was accurate, the crews were professional, and the result looks great.

We had new gutters/ eavestroughs with downspouts installed last year. The work was done quickly, efficiently, and professionally! The clean up was good and it improved the look of our house a lot! We also had a new front living room window installed 6 years ago. Also done quickly and the window is still in great shape and the side opening windows work good to bring a nice breeze in the house on hot days.

Absolutely terrible finished product, paid a fortune. Do not use this company, they do not stand behind their work and Joel is horrendous to deal with. Be aware of good reviews as they offer gift cards for positive reviews.

Had Garage Roof + additions done, weather was not favourable , it took longer than expected but it’s a very good job that was don’t and a thorough clean up after! Ed’s crew and Paul did a good job. Can only recommend them!

Wrong Shingles Installed & Smoking Weed Onsite Short story- Intoxicated, Unprofessional, No Communication and No solutions offered. They showed up a day late without calling us about the change, installed the wrong colour shingles (see below) and the crew was smoking weed on our driveway. No solutions were offered in response to our displeasure. Apparently this is a job well done at Gerry’s. We tried to get a hold of the Joel the new owner and after 5 phone calls (he’s in meetings) and a couple of days, he came out to meet us. Why? I guess to tell us that it's impossible to find good help, "If there was a lineup of qualified installers, I would hire them". The colour mix up was blamed on us by Gerry’s staff. We texted a picture of the shingle we wanted, and the salesperson said that’s Driftshake. We now know that Granite Black is indeed the colour we had taken a photo of. A simple code or label on the sample would avoid such a situation. We were told this is the first time it has ever happened and it was totally our fault. Run as far and as fast as you can from this company.

What a company to deal with! Excellent service. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and fixed my issue.

Gerry and his crew did a fine job replacing my roof and doing the eves and soffits as well. We had a clear contract and their final cost was right on the estimate. They were prompt, courteous and fast. They were careful to avoid problems with the neighbours who are fussy about anyone close to their property. Their clean up was thorough. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Estimate was handled very professionally. The men showed up on time and did a great job on replacing the shingles. They finished off the skylights very nicely. Their price was one of the best. They also did my parents home and they were very happy with the work too.
