The design investment in your home should stand the proof of time. I prefer clean elegance, comfortable living and quality interiors with an outdoor influence. Client profiles have varied through the years in both demographics and personal style. Since 1993 I've had the privilege of working with many wonderful clients, implementing their own individual design needs and turning their dreams into reality. It's more of a passion of mine which I find so rewarding in seeing the completion of a project with dramatic results. No two projects are alike. The collaboration between myself and my clients insures every detail is discussed. Having worked on numerous remodels and custom homes I have found that starting with a complete specification packet saves both time and money for all whom are involved including contractors and architects.

We were interested in refreshing our kitchen after 20 years since the last remodel. Genoveve was recommended to us. She met us at our home where we described our vision and scope of the project. She was very encouraging and supportive while at the same time adding ideas that we had not considered. She quickly grasped the look we wanted and added to our input, but at the same time politely discouraged us when we crossed certain design boundaries. After an initial design concept was agreed upon, she had her contractor associates meet at the house to access the work needed to be done to complete our kitchen remodel. Within several weeks she gave us her fee and the contractors estimate. Soon after giving our project approval, she met us at facilities to pick out appliances, fixtures and counter top material. She placed the orders and followed thru until they were delivered. She worked closely with the contractors in order to coordinate activities, meet schedules, and solve unexpected problems. She was great at keeping us informed on progress or unexpected delays. We found Genoveve to be a very personable and talented designer. We love the look of our refreshed kitchen.

After working from home longer than I expected, the little bothers of my kitchen magnified three-fold. That’s when I decided to make a change…let’s remodel. I instantly became overwhelmed and decided to bring in a professional to help me with my vision. Genoveve helped me do just that. With her guidance, I was able to have that dream kitchen in my small home. Genoveve is so talented and knowledgeable in her field. I lost my house in the California wildfires in 2018. Genoveve had just finished my master suite remodeling project two months earlier. She immediately jumped into action getting my architect all of our prior drawings. Genoveve was one of the main reasons my house was built in a short 7 months. She was there by my side helping me decide on all the million details it takes to build an entire house. Flooring, tiles, counter tops, lights, appliances, cabinets, she helped me with all the decisions. Knowing my style she guided me with her professional expertise. All of the contractors love working with her because of her organization and professionalism. This was the third job Genoveve has done for me and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire her for a 4th!

I used Genoveve to help select exterior paint colors and freshen my driveway last year. The project went smoothly and she was on time and easy to work with. We used my painter, at my insistence, and he also had glowing things to say about her. I hired her again recently to help with a backyard project where she helped me select pool tiles and patio furniture. She's also helping with selection of pots and cushions. On the inside, she's helping me with interior furniture, kitchen counters and flooring. I have referred her with confidence to neighbors and clients. I wouldn't use anyone else!

New Look Home Remodeling

I am general contractor and I had the pleasure to work with Genoveve on 180 Sq ft room addition for master bathroom in Calabasas. Genoveve is a top class designer with extensive knowledge at all building aspects. Working with her made my life super easy:before the project started she provided me with a manual,describing all the finishes in the room: Plumbing fixtures,tile layout,lighting fixtures,paint textures etc The entire project went smooth because I had all the materials ready and every step was planed very well.
