Hot water solutions ltd

I bought a 4 in 1 tap from hot water solutions at a Homebuilding and Renovating show last June. Unfortunately, I had to wait until a couple of months ago to have my kitchen fitted and so only fitted the tap then. It appears to be missing a seal at the base of the tap and so my builder has had to improvise using some silicon which looks awful. I have tried to contact the company and sent photos but have not had any response. It is more or less redundant as it just flops from side to side. I regret not buying from a reputable company as hot water solutions have no customer service skills and no customer support.

Bought a hot tap from Ideal Home Exhibition from a very convincing salesman who promoted them as a 'caring company' who looks after their customers. It stopped working after 8 months. Called the company and told by one of the directors that it's my responsibility to dismantle it and return it to the company even though its under warranty. I also have to pay for the postage/courier! They dont refund because its not their policy! They refuse to send out a new unit before they receive the old one back. With 4 days until they close for xmas it looks like we will be without the hot tap for xmas and have to boil water in a pan. Worst customer service ever - would never buy from them again.
