I have contracted Gaila designs for several projects in my home over the years from fabricating custom bedding and window treatments to slipcovering furniture. As a "non professional" most of my ideas came from my imagination so communication was key. Gail was always able to see my vision and bring it to fruition with perfection and when promised. She is professional, reliable, and just plain easy to work with. Mistakes are rare if not non existent and rectified with ease. The service and products that we've purchased from Gaila Designs are excellent. I received one estimate which was a bit higher than I anticipated for my budget. I obtained estimates from another ajar local company that was a comparible price point but I had an inexperienced staff person who was to provide the service for this other company. I contacted Gaila again and through the selection of a less costly product, we brought down the price to meet my budget. The installation was top-notch and was supervised to my satisfaction at each window. I have used Gaila for two major purchases over five years and I have been more than satisfied with the product and the service. I will always use Gaila Designs for my window treatment needs.

Gail had great ideas, not only for achieving the look I wanted, but also for making it cost effective and child friendly. My granddaughter loves curling up on the new window seats and she can do it drinking her chocolate milk without fear of destroying it. Thanks, Gail!
