The company delivered furniture to my home and put a hole in my wall. They will not pay for it to get fixed and still charged me for shipping. Customer service is disrespectful. I do not recommend this company.

FurniturePick uses misrepresentative photos online in their adverts to sell furniture that looks completely different upon arrival. In addition to my furniture arriving damaged (including backs ripped off the 2 dressers I purchased, a gouge so deep a chunk was out of the dresser, and an off color stain on the side of the nightstand), THE FINISH ON EVERY PIECE OF FURNITURE I RECEIVED WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE BED RAILS WAS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT FROM THE PHOTOS FURNITUREPICK USES TO SELL THE FURNITURE. See the photos of the bed rails compared to the finish on everything else. The furniture in the advert had a smooth white and gray wood grain finish - what I received has a rough finish (if you run your fingers across the finish, you will get a splinter) that is scratched up to high hell, gouged, pockmarked, gummed up and spray painted so poorly they didn't bother to protect the overspray. Why would anyone buy new furniture all scratched up with gouges in it? FurniturePick claims my set looks like their stock photos. I will attach photos of their stock photos so that you can decide for yourself. Never in a million years did I think this company was a scam, but that is exactly what they are. What you order is NOT what you receive. Their online platform allows them to operate this scam, because they could never get away with what they do if they were a brick and mortar furniture chain. Logistically everything about their company is a nightmare, I dealt with it because I thought the furniture would be worth the hassle in the end, I could not have been more wrong. Don't let my $4.6K dollar mistake happen to you.

If I could give zero stars I would. Do not purchase from this company. They have inaccurate delivery daters. Their customer service representatives can not control anything and when they delivered the couch it was broken so took another few weeks to get the broken piece. The quality is so bad too - do not buy for their gray service and products!

Order placed August 24th
Reached out September 1st to see when it would be delivered
Was told it would be mid to late October. Was upset because they should really tell people this, told them so. They ignored me. Figured I loved the furniture so was worth the 6-8 week wait.
Reached back out October 24th as I had received zero updates. Was told they were still waiting to receive my order from the manufacturer, but the projected arrival time was the week of October 31st.
They reached out on October 28th to inform me the manufacturer has the furniture back in stock, and wanted to confirm I was still interested.
I said yes, however I was billed for $1804; I had initially seen a lower price online (that is why I went with this company, because I thought I was getting a deal), but figured it was okay since I really loved the pieces.
I reached back out November 10th as after being charged I did not receive any updates. I also want to clarify that this was all via email; when I called the contact number I could never get in touch with anyone, it always went to an answering machine. They ignored my November 10th email so I followed up again on November 14th. I was told when I reached out on November 14th they were expecting the arrival of my merchandise at the distribution center approx. 11/15.
I then started to get suspicious. After doing some research online I found out that this website was a scam. I told them to please refund my money as this wait was absolutely ridiculous (Now almost a full three months from the order date).
My request was completely ignored, however I did receive a phone call (and an email) stating the furniture had miraculously been scanned in at the distribution center and the shipping team was working to provide a delivery time. In the voicemail the person said he was in the distribution center at that very moment, and reported the delivery location was in a local zone for them which would make things “quick and easy.” Interesting, given the Delaware area code of the phone number.
I called the number right back immediately, on 415pm on a Monday (I am a physician so missed the call as I was seeing patients), and it went straight to an answering machine. The number, for reference- (302) 491-0900.
I again asked for a refund and have since been ignored.

I placed an order for a bedroom set in 08/2021, it was supposed to arrive in 4-6 weeks. 8 weeks later when I inquired about the status, they stated they would have in another 4 weeks. The Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays came and went and no bedroom set.
At this point I wanted to cancel the order which I was told I could however supply chain issues and COVID were the reason for the delays.
Now it’s July, 11 months since the initial order, and they have reached out to me to increase the price from 828 to 1216 dollars because of increased inflation and shipping. A 45 percent increase. Inflation is up 10-15 percent, not 45 percent!
I cancelled the order after wasting my time with this company for over a year waiting on it.
Terrible business practices and customer service. Buyer Beware.

Have had a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with furniture pick! Ordered a sectional in December 2020. Never received it or got my money back. They actually tried to get me to pay for it again since it took so long. I tried to be hopeful and understanding. Turns out I Got scammed for $2,300! Highly upset!

Actual NIGHTMARE company and customer service. I ordered a $530.00 office chair on December 2, 2020. I was assured a 4-6 week delivery time. I called prior to purchasing to see if there was anything I could do to speed up the delivery and I was told that the 4-6 week window is just an extended estimate and to expect the product sooner than that. Well, here I am on February 17, 2021, and still without a chair. I spoke with customer service last Monday (2/8/21) and was told that it will arrive end of last week or else early this week. It is now 2/17/21 and I have no chair. I called customer service again and was told that the chair has still not even arrived at Furniture Pick's warehouse and that it was still with the manufacturer. I was told that I can expect the chair sometime in March. The pearl-clutching beta-male who answered the phone nearly hung up on me because he thinks that I am wrongly dissatisfied - "it is not their fault, it is with the manufacturer." I asked if there was some expedited shipping option to be utilized once it arrives with them, but of course, they are unwilling to do anything to right their wrongs. I could have built a chair by now. NEVER SHOP HERE unless you have 6-12 months of lead time on your product.

I cannot believe the negative feedback. We have used FurniturePick 2x in the last three years and both experiences were very positive. First of all, they have the absolute best prices around - don't believe me? Go to an Ashley Furniture store and compare prices - the salespeople in the brick and mortar store cannot match the prices. It seems that most of the recent complaints and low-feedback are not taking the pandemic and supply chain into consideration. Most furniture comes from Asia (China, Vietnam, Malaysia, etc.). Our most recent order was placed in July 2020 and delivered in February 2021 - you will experience this with a lot of popular/cheaper options. I thought FurniturePick did a good job in keeping us informed throughout the process and delays. We had a problem with the deliver and some damage and they were able to resolve it with a satisfactory outcome. Plain and simple... if you need furniture, they are a great option, especially when shopping by price.

This was our first and last time ever choosing FurniturePick to buy from. We ordered our couch back in August of 2020, and due to covid, the shipping date kept getting continuously pushed back (which we understood). Nevertheless, we called them at least once every few weeks to check on the status, and we almost always got their voicemail. Getting a hold of these people is near to impossible! FINALLY, the moment we had been waiting MONTHS for, we were told the couch was ready to ship. Mid happy-dancing, I informed the agent on the phone that we were about to go out of the country for our honeymoon, and that we would need to wait until we got back to get the couch. We would only be gone for a week. I was assured that this would be fine. All of a sudden, ON OUR HONEYMOON, we began receiving multiple calls & voicemails from them trying to collect payment (they would not charge our card until it was ready to ship, which, after over 5 months of waiting, was right when we were going to be gone). With the service we had being out of the country, we had trouble getting a hold of them when we tried to call them back, so we left them multiple voice messages. Honeymoon week comes to an end & we are back in the states, and I am emailing/calling them trying to pay for this couch. Nobody will answer the phones. Nobody answers my emails. My husband finally gets a hold of them, and they informed him that our couch, the one we have been waiting MONTHS for, was sold to someone else because they "contacted us multiple times and did not hear back from us." The agent on the phone said there were no notes in our file that mentioned us ever contacting them, even though I have call logs and email conversations with them to prove we did. Their response? "There's nothing we can do about it now the couch is already gone." This is after nearly HALF A YEAR of waiting.. ABSURD. The price of the couch rose significantly from the price we got it for back in August, so there's a fat chance they just wanted to make a quick extra few hundred dollars and sell it to another buyer. This company is the greatest embarrassment to furniture stores out there, and an absolute sham of a business. STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN & DON'T GET BURNED LIKE WE DID

Similar to other complaints, 6 weeks of no updates and then order canceled. When I finally reached customer service they said 1 piece of the bedroom set was no longer available. They made 3 attempts to call, but they said my voice mailbox was full. My voice mailbox has never been full, of which I told him. He then said they left a message which I never returned so they canceled the order. I asked which was it, a full mailbox or unreturned message ( clearly he was making things up) I said regardless we will still take the set without the one piece. He then said it would be an additional 8 week wait time because of the canceled order I go to the back of the line! No need to ever deal with a company like this.

If I could zero stars I would. Ordered a bed from them and was originally told two weeks till arrival. Six weeks later, I still had not received my order. They then promised it would be to me no later than a week and a half later. On that day I called again and they told me it would be another 4 weeks. Not once did they reach out to me to update me. When I went to a different company for the same product, they told me there were 35 in inventory in the warehouse. I don’t often give reviews for things, but this company disappointed me so thoroughly, I feel the need to vent and warn others. Stay away!!
