I could author a book on how great they are!!! As a retired business owner of 30 years, I've worked with thousands of business representatives and clients. Fred is hands down, Top Three in Business Professionalism and Competence, spanning those decades and more, if you include my personal consumer needs! That's a lot of competition! Their design staff and support crew are a pleasure to work with, beautiful job! The house looked like a home magazine feature story! I had moved out of state and my home was on the market a long time (typical of homes in gated communities with recreational amenities and very high HOA fees,) and it would not have been possible and still have the peace of mind that I had, without Showhomes Raleigh! They earned every nickel of the fee and then some! Beautiful work, lovely and kind home managers, great advice and even some hand-holding during unanticipated challenges too! I told Fred, "you didn't go the extra mile, you went the extra continent!!"

The home manager was meticulous and incredibly accommodating of any request. And Fred and his team rapidly took care of anything that was sent his way. After months of not enough showings of my empty (but repainted, remodeled, renewed) house, I called Showhomes Raleigh. They managed to get me on the schedule, made the house look incredible, and immediately there were more showings and more of the right buyers seeing the house. After months on the market in a better part of the season, the house sold within weeks in the depth of the off season. The sale of the house is directly related to Showhomes working their magic and when I have another house to sell, they will be my first call. DO NOT hesitate to use them if you want to sell your house fast and get your best price. It's worth every cent for skill, quality, and competence. Thank you, Showhomes Raleigh!!!!

Fred and the rest of the group at Showhomes Raleigh are consummate professionals. Not only are we certain that we would not have sold our home without them, but they made the selling process so much easier. Often thought of as just a staging company, Showhomes Raleigh is much more than that. While their staging is top shelf, they also “kicked the tires” to assure our home was in prime selling shape and assisted with the repairs required during the contract phase. They are really a one stop shop when it comes to selling your home. Our vacant 1.2M home sat for months, with very few showings before we found Showhomes Raleigh. They staged it beautifully with a Home Manager, who took care of our home since we live out of state. It immediately began getting multiple showings per week and resulted in a sale in under 60 days! We owe the quick sale of our home to Showhomes Raleigh.

I would definitely recommend ShowHomes of Raleigh and Fred Pierson's services if you are selling a home in the Triangle area! After having our home on the market for over a year, we received an offer within weeks of their staging and placing a Home Manager in our house, We had moved out of state and knowing that Fred and his Home Mgrs. were keeping our house ready to show, were mowing our lawn and taking over all our utilities, gave us great peace of mind and was well worth the investment. (1% of our sale price). Even after we accepted the offer on our house, Fred quickly moved out his Home Mgrs., and coordinated all the cosmetic repairs our buyers requested and left our home spotless! ShowHomes made a believer out of me!! Fred and his staff are fantastic!! Loved working with him!!!

Even though the market is hot here, it was worth every penny to have our home staged and looking perfect for visitors. They also did a walk through of the house before it was staged and made recommendations to us that we really appreciated. We were under contract in four days. Highly recommend them!
