Fireplace Concepts has provided excellent service for our propane logs in our living room. We inherited the logs when we purchased the home. After some over-the-phone troubleshooting that required an on-site service visit, they installed (and filled) new exterior tanks and a new regulator this past February. The logs were a great component of our heating system and provided a nice, cozy atmosphere during the last few cold weeks of the season. Now that the weather has turned cold again, I called Fireplace Concepts for assistance with using our logs once again. Doug provided the friendliest and most patient step-by-step instructions a customer could ask for. This is the type of service that you can expect from Fireplace Concepts.
