Pamela Fine, owner of Fine Architecture, Professional Corporation is a licensed and registered architect with over 10 years of experience designing beachfront properties along the southern coastal area of New Jersey. Her career has been centered on creating the most beautiful and functional designs to suit her clients every need, while making the home-building process fun and exciting. Prior to the establishment of Fine Architecture, Pamela attended and graduated from Philadelphia University with a Bachelor of Architecture degree. During her studies, and many classes on historic architecture and preservation, she discovered her love for historic structures and more specifically, homes. Following graduation, she purchased a folk Victorian farmhouse built in 1883 and began renovations soon after to bring the home out of the 1960’s and back to its original grandeur. Her design style incorporates classic and timeless qualities that are found in older homes, drawing from architectural cues found in historic buildings within the local community and uniting her designs with all of the modern conveniences that today’s technology provides. She adds character, charm, and a personality to her designs, paying attention to every detail from the layout of the floor plan to the intricacies of a crown molding profile, and everything in between.
