So completely impressed with our mid-century modern addition by Estata Custom Homes - from partnering us with the right architect to a committed timeline and amazing team; it was our best renovation or new home build we have experienced. Estata provided us adaptability coupled with innovative and luxury ideas while staying on budget which is rare especially when plans and creativity change and adapt within the rollout of a project. Beyond impressive and professional team from start to finish - our experience included numerous and somewhat intricate architectural design elements and Estata never missed a beat completing to perfection. Did I mention it was on time and budget!! Couldn’t be happier and highly recommend this team for all large and small scale residential builds & additions!

We worked with Estata for our complete rebuild of a 1960s bungalow. Overall we appreciated all of the support that Tori provided throughout the process as it was our first home build, and Tori did a good job at walking us through everything. Tori works with great trades and we were especially pleased with the plumber, electrician, framer, dry wall, etc. We were not satisfied with the landscaper and related management of this. Overall though, highly reputable and friendly trades. Tori was also great at allowing us to source our own trades / confirm pricing / source materials etc. which I understand is not always allowed by some builders, but really helped us ensure we were as close to budget as possible. Like most home builds, we did go over schedule, budget and ran into some issues along the way, but Tori did his best to work with his team to try and get them resolved. Communication was generally really good, although at times it was hard to reach him, but understandable given the workload. Tori worked more as a GM vs. a full service firm that provides design, sources materials, etc. (or at least in our case) so we did have to spend a fair amount of time managing the budget and relying heavily on our architect, but we were aware of this going in and thought that Tori's associated cost structure was fair. Overall, building a home is a slightly stressful project and when issues come up they do feel overwhelming at times, I think because of the money you are spending, but at the end of the day, I think you have to work with someone you trust, which we did with Estata, and in the end, you get through things and end up with a beautiful home.

Tori and his team did an excellent job with our small kitchen renovation. A super friendly and extreme professional bunch. They took exceptional care in keeping our place clean. Service provided was super top rated. We were fully informed with the smallest changes. We are super super happy with their work.

We were fortunate enough to have Estata homes enter our life after we purchased a new home they had built. The site supervisor that oversaw the build has been an unbeliveable asset to us. He has gone above and beyond and that is hard to find! They have also done some additional work to our home since move-in--always delivering on-time, on budget, and a pleasure to have around. Estata Custom Homes took over building our custom home from the previous builder. We could not have made a better choice to switch to Estata. Tori, the GC, managed to make the transition seamless and he was on site every day ensuring trades completed their work on time and according to our admittedly very high expectations. The detailed weekly updates from the owner Paxton and Tori were very helpful with understanding where both the build and our budget were at. Simply put, when you are building a custom home, peace of mind that things are being done right is very important. We had a great experience with Estata and would highly recommend them. Our initial project was small however the care and attention that we received was above and beyond what we expected and we are already thinking about larger renovation projects that we could use them for in the future.
