I have a house with a walk out lower level, even under the garage. For 25 years there has been a problem with large amounts of water, from snow melting off the cars, seeping through the concrete garage floor into the room below. The epoxy coating has completely eliminated my water problem. Not one drop got through last winter. And spring cleanup is easy. Leaf stains, oil, grease, even rust stains from snow shovels wipe right off. Nothing sticks to the epoxy! Although cosmetics was not my primary motivation, it looks great. Mike and his crew did an excellent job.

This has been our second experience with Encore Garage. We had this installed in our first home and absolutely loved it we had to have it in our new home when we moved. Encore completely transformed our garage into an extension of our home yet again. This is the last room we see when we leave and the first when we arrive back home. I would highly recommend this product and company to all of my friends and family.

I am very happy with my new garage floor coating. Not only does the floor look great, but the service was extraordinary. I was unsure of the type of floor coating that would best suit my needs and look good too. Mike Padden took the time to answer all of my questions and explained the floor installation process in detail. He installed it on a Monday and my car was back in the garage on Wednesday! Mike did a great job on our mud room. Finally a nice room to place all of our "junk" when we walk in our home! Keys, back packs, coats, shoes, brief case are neatly organized. My kitchen counter is no longer the "drop off station"! My wife is thrilled which makes me a very happy man. Hoping to get EncoreGarage Ohio back to do the garage this Spring!

Commented: wall paint color?I'm sorry, I am not certain of the paint color. However, it does look very similar to Sherwin Williams Light French Gray (0055).
