I ordered a sample from this company using their instructions to select my options and provide the SKU number for the item I wanted in the order comments. I followed these instructions exactly, and was sent the wrong sample. When calling customer service to explain the wrong sample was sent, I was told that I did not specify ADDITIONAL instructions on what sample to send, therefore it was my fault and the correct sample would not be sent. I wouldn't trust or work with a company that provided such terrible customer service and have no faith they would resolve an issue with a large order. Zero stars. Would not work with or recommend to clients or builders. Missed out on a large order here.

Do NOT order from this company or take their sales representatives information as factual about their products. After informing us incorrectly about the boards we could order that fit the needs of our space, they wanted to charge a 20% restocking fee to take back our order. After asking to meet in the middle with the restocking fee (and, still no accountability/ownership that they provided us the incorrect boards) they let us know that the owner refuses to have these boards back and he will no longer help us resolve this issue. The wainscoting product I ordered from Elite Trimworks was excellent, the customer service, however, was severely lacking. I ordered a 52-inch beadboard wainscotting kit and two of the 8-ft. panels were damaged in shipment. Technically not their fault, but Elite Trimworks promises 100% customer satisfaction for any reason, as well as transparency. I contacted Elite Trimworks via email and they offered me a choice: ship two new panels or refund me the cost. Wanting to get the project done since shipping took slightly longer than anticipated, and having the possibility to work around the issue, I opted for a refund. They only refunded the cost of one panel ($14.19). I was expecting a refund for two panels. I thought that was fair since I saved them shipping costs of the replacement panels. Elite Trimworks estimated the shipping cost for two replacement panels to be in the $30-40 range. When I asked about that I was told they believed they were fair in their resolution since the eight-foot panels needed to be cut to length anyway which was my first misunderstanding, I was expecting the panels necessary to cover 8 linear feet would already be cut to 47-inches. That was not the case. I decided to investigate further and found the cost of purchasing the exact items individually and not in a kit were cheaper than buying the kit. But wait, not so said Elite Trimworks. According to Elite Trimworks, I was charged a “special price” on shipping of only $25.00, in a separate transaction, vs. $79.00 UPS charges them to ship to the USA from Canada. Hmmm… I asked them why is that? Why would UPS charge less for a “kit” than the same exact items ordered individually. Didn’t make sense to me. So, I did some arithmetic and found out the remaining shipping cost is added to the kit price meaning there is no “special” shipping charge when ordering a kit. It was only after I emailed about the damage issue did Elite Trimworks mention this to me in our correspondence, but the horse had already left the barn, so to speak, since I had the product in hand and the transaction was paid for. Bottom line: Elite Trimworks is not honest with consumers when it comes to total cost including shipping regardless of how their product is purchased. If this pricing policy doesn’t bother you, great, use them. However, I prefer to deal with companies that are transparent and honest and don’t play games with shipping charges by making the consumer think purchasing a kit is better than buying the number of products required for a project separately.

Not a company I would deal with again. They had a product on the website which was listed as available so I purchased. Then was called to say not available but a similar one was for over $100 more. In my opinion either incompetence or bait and switch. No effort to make this right

Do not buy from this company. They do NOT stand behind their product. We purchased post wraps that were damaged. They did nothing for us. In addition, they are made very cheaply. I REPEAT, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Horrible, misrepresentation, of the product I received. I ordered 8' I received 95". The product is cheap and flimsy. Do not waste your money. They do not stand behind their product.

Elite does not stand behind their product. Ordered and installed product when I noticed the colors were slightly wrong on one of the systems. Elite's solution was that I was supposed to paint them. No real resolution, just that I 'should have inspected the product better', not that their QA process should catch those type of variations. My guess is they are just a drop ship company. I won't be ordering again, would have been easier to just puy PVC and assemble the system myself rather than try to piece together their poorly manufactured systems.

Horrible company! First off, after placing my order my estimated delivery time changed from 4-6weeks to 12 weeks. So I express my displeasure with this and just get the covid excuse. Then after waiting 6 extra weeks, there is limited delivery slots, and I have to take one of the spots within a week, cause they wont store them any longer. Then the decription on the website for 2 of my items was incorrect and misleading. But good news their policy is NO REFUNDS after placing your order. The policy is there for a reason, and they wont stray from it even if it is their fault.

Stay away from this business. I ordered $200 worth of baseboard and $500 worth of the same style flex trim. They wanted $600 for shipping the baseboard - absurd $200 product but $600 in shipping?!?! I told them to cancel the order. They only canceled the baseboard but not the flex trim which I have no use for, ended up costing me $500. Their response was "We cannot take it back, try to sell it yourself"

I have ordered several Column covering kits on March 5th, after several weak excuses ( they said that they were short one component of Cherry to finish the last column, we are now 9 weeks after original order, and shipment is stuck in customs, and they can't seem to get it released, Columns are now 7 weeks late from original 2 week promise. I have told them that they are holding up an Million dollar house build.... still no arrival date! If you need product from a company you can trust to do whatever it takes to keep a commitment, they are not that company !!!!!!

I researched the columns myself, my contractor was going to paint the 4x4 post, not what I wanted. I purchased the columns they were delivered in under a week and my contractor installed them. We are very happy with the results, as you can see in the before and after photos. We still need to do some landscaping and pavers on the porch.

I ordered two very simple fluted Pilasters with plinth blocks! I stated to Herb that there will be four pieces being shipped to me! Instead I got 15-20 pieces sent to me that had to be glued together. No one ever told me about this item coming in so many pieces!!! I asked that the manager called me. Instead they hid behind an email! Instead I had to pay my Carpender additional cost to glue all the pieces together. Herb proceeded to tell me that they obviously don’t pay for installation! It had nothing to do with installation!!! I could’ve had these custom made for less Money!
