In 1990, Einar Nelson construction completed an extremely difficult to construct house we designed for a very steep canyon site above Beverly Hills. Not only did they figure out how to solve severe sequence and access problems and efficiently schedule construction but they built it beautifully using natural finishes we specified that are tricky to install and protect. The owners were thrilled with their work. Since that time they have built many residential projects for us including remodelings of my own house. Their finish carpentry is exquisite. Our clients admire the relaxed, confident, friendly manner in which they and their long-time subs interact with owners. Ed and his team quickly and efficiently helped get our 60 year old house "move in ready" in 2010. He oversaw the refinishing of our floors, replaced all of the lighting, moved walls, electrical, cabinetry,re-did a full bathroom and updated our kitchen, etc... He was great!
