We have used EMI to do a complete renovation of our unit on the Sunshine Coast and also interior design work in our family home. We have been delighted with the results and will use EMI again for future projects

We have used Eileen Middleton Interiors on several occasions since our first unit Renovation in 2009. We have enjoyed working with Eileen & her team and found them to be very professional and we have been delighted with the results on each occasion.

In late 2016, we engaged Eileen and her team to design and undertake renovations on our upper-floor apartment in Cotton Tree. From the start, Eileen's professionalism and willingness to listen to our ideas, matched with her own unique skill set, put us immediately at ease. We entrusted ourselves to her team fully. The builder, Dan Thompson who was recommended by Eileen, worked alongside her and ourselves every step of the way. We had never embarked on a project like this but Dan made the entire process clear and as smooth as possible. He was considerate to other owners in our building complex and always available to discuss concerns, potential delays and overall steps in the construction process. The end result was a beautifully renovated home which is not only visually stunning, but of impressive quality and something we will enjoy for years to come. We highly recommend EM Design and Dan Thompson for their professionalism, their communication, their ability to deal with obstacles and always put their client's concerns at ease. We are absolutely delighted with our home!

Having seen her work in friends’ apartments, we had no hesitation in engaging Eileen Middleton to design and oversee the total renovation of our newly acquired apartment. The scope of work included totally stripping out the apartment, laying new floor coverings (tiles and carpet) throughout, repainting, and the fit-out of a new kitchen, ensuite, main bathroom and laundry. Eileen was understanding of our needs from the outset. Having assessed our lifestyle, she presented us with new and innovative design ideas. Together, we massaged these into solutions which met our needs and allowed Eileen’s design flair to shine through. Ms Middleton was highly recommended by friends at the time we were planning to renovate our apartment. She quickly assessed our lifestyle aspirations and reflected these in the renovation plan. The planning process was detailed and thorough and involved her highly qualified team. Drawings and specifications were continuously refined until our requirements were met. Ms Middleton guided us through the interior design phase with sensitivity and purpose, refining choices of materials, fixtures, appliances, colour and treatment selection so that, valuing her judgement, we were able to make confident choices. She also recommended a builder/ site supervisor with whom she had worked and in whom she had complete confidence. During the building phase ongoing site meetings with Ms Middleton and her team were scheduled so that, at no time, did we become concerned about the quality of materials or workmanship. Our project was completed on time and with minimal stress. EMI has, with their vast experience, solid planning and ongoing consultation, brought us to the vision to which we had aspired. I could not be happier. They listened to what we wanted, worked within a budget, their design ideas are clever and elegant and theydupervised and kept us appraised of the progress every step of the way. EIleen and her team were outstanding - total personal attention to the finest details and so proud of her work. She converted a very drab harborview apartment into a world class living space - She followed every minor detail. She is a rare professional- and her team is equally focussed and dedicated. When a tree fell on our house we had to replace our kitchen - so we wanted to take that opportunity to extend and completely update it. Even though we thought we knew what we wanted, we didn't have any idea of how this might work. I found Eileen Middleton Interiors on the web and we decided to consult her as to how we could implement our ideas. Eileen is a very straight forward person with a fantastic sense of colour and a keen perception of what we were trying to achieve. She produced a series of very detailed drawings incorporating all the key elements we wanted. This process evolved into the fantastic kitchen we now enjoy - full of light, space and all the features we could want. This process has been a great success.
