Personable, punctual, attentive and beyond competent. I had a 24x36 garage built by Ricky and his team and couldn’t be happier with the whole build from beginning to end. He was never hard to get a hold of and answered quickly even with his volume. He honored the agreed pricing even with the fluctuations in material pricing, giving the build time of the project. His workmanship is unmatched. If you’re in the area and using anyone else, you are doing yourself a disservice.

We were very pleased with Ricky as the contractor for our major upscale Master bedroom/bathroom renovation. He and all of his subcontractors were professional and punctual. He anticipated that the project would take 3 months and finished within that timeframe. Someone was working virtually every day keeping the project moving along. With his extensive experience and good eye, he was very helpful with his suggestions of cabinetry, fixtures, colors, etc.. We also found him very responsive whenever we needed to reach out to him. He treated our pet project as if it were his own and it turned out even better than we had imagined it would. We recommend Ricky Edgerton without hesitation as a contractor. His work and professionalism are superior.

Ricky and the team of professionals he uses, were a pleasure to work with. Work quality met or exceeded expectations. Very willing to work with us to adjust/modify plan during the build. Rick recommended several design ideas/alterations to us, which we incorporated into the build, and greatly enhanced our addition. Only increases to the proposed budget were due to items we added on: solar tubes, expanded condition space upstairs, gutters, and a dehumidifier for crawl space. We would highly recommend Edgerton Contracting, Inc. for a new build or a remodel and we to use them again, to build a detached 2 car garage w/workshop and yard equipment storage.

We couldn't be happier with our new bathroom and front door! From the demolition to the last drop of paint, Ricky and his team were on-time and professional. Whenever we had any issues or changes to address, Ricky responded quickly and we resolved them together. We never had a problem staying in touch. The transitions between each phase of the project were smooth and well-scheduled, his subcontractors were top-notch, and Ricky stayed on top if it the whole time. Overall, it was a truly pleasurable experience. We wouldn't hesitate to use Edgerton Contracting on any of our future projects!

We are so very happy with our new home. It is so cute and comfortable, and is not a large house but just right for us. We have received compliments from friends and people we don't even know. Ricky and his team are indeed quality builders. Snow and cold weather was here when they still came to work and did a great job with a smile . Ricky always made a serious effort to make contact if he missed my call, before that day ended. The materials he and ( Jenny) his daughter selected , colors, lightings are just beautiful. We needed their help. The building process was smooth and pleasant. Ricky always answered my questions. He would let me know if extra money was needed to complete a project ahead of time. I like that. We did walk through regularly and discussed ideals on how to make everything more convenient. Ricky team certainly have given my community a very beautiful home to look at. He definitely met our deadline to build such a beautiful little house. We do recommend Ricky Edgerton Contracting as a superior home builder to anyone . We are just delighted.

We had Ricky do a major kitchen remodel and we are extremely happy with him and his work. He is a true professional; just look at his credentials on his web site! Ricky is a pleasure to work with. He’s honest, calm, knowledgeable, caring, and meticulous. We never saw him upset or disrespectful with us or his workers. We got 3 estimates from other contractors in the area. Ricky's price wasn’t the most inexpensive, but he definitely wasn't the most expensive. He brought in a group of professional folks who accomplished all (cabinets, flooring, plumbing, electrical wiring, lights, doors, painting, counter tops, back splash, and appliances) with care and skill. Every aspect was expertly accomplished, far exceeding our expectations. When we asked for any explanation, we got a complete one. When we asked for a change (all were minor), it was accomplished without delay. Whenever we called, texted, or emailed him, he answered right away. The kitchen is so beautiful, that neighbors, relatives, and friends have stated, “This should be in a magazine!” If you hire his company, you will be 100% satisfied. We highly recommend him.
