Duval paving llc

Duval did a very poor job paving our driveway. They refused to complete job. They cost me over $8,000 to get the job done. Only use them if you want huge headache. They did not respond to our attorney’s letter to resolve situation They do not know anything about customer service. I don’t believe the good reviews.

Very poor Customer service. Their contract states that their work and materials are guaranteed fro 3 years. The driveway that they did has several low spots that collect water. John promised that they would fix them. They did not show up as scheduled, then when they did show up, they did not have the proper materials to do the job so they re-scheduled. They failed to show up on two more occasions and have yet to return the 20+ phone calls and voicemails that I left for them.

Duval paving paving did a commercial paving job for us in Jacksonville. The asphalt paving job went good it looks nice. And we are happy so good job john and thank you for your service.

After checking several other paving companies, we finally decided on The duval paving Company. Johm was conscientious and clearly takes pride in his work . He did everything possible to make us happy. The crew also did a great job and had everything cleaned-up before leaving.
