Dun-Rite Appliances

Dun-Rite installers put a very large scratch in our floors when installing a new microwave. The service techs brought the new appliance in on a dolly but did not bring a drop cloth and placed the old unit right on the floor. When they went to lift it onto the dolly they dragged it and caused the scratch which I witnessed. Not only did they damage the floor but they did a super rush job of installation and did not even stay to test the unit (which did not work). It was as if they were trying to break a record for the fastest replacement of a microwave – or that they realized they scratched the floor and wanted to get out as fast as they could. My advise is go elsewhere. If you do use them video tape everything and check for damage. Do not have any other contractors on site they can blame. They are disrespectful and will come up with any excuse to not own up for the accidents of their crew.

Excellent and frank information about products. They carry Speed Queen. I was very happy with delivery and installation. Have enjoyed my washer and now looking for their dryer.
