On time, clean, clearly priced, fast and professional. They won't be the cheapest, but that's a good thing, and they won't be your most expensive estimate either. This business is so well-run that if you've had them before, they'll send the same plumber so they already know your pipe situation. I wish all contractors were this good to do business with!
