DryCare restoration is a full service, one stop shop cleaning and restoration company serving Los Angeles, Ventura and Orange County for several years. Our focus is on providing efficient and affordable solutions to customers who face potentially severe insurance losses. Recognizing the heavy burden deductible insurance costs can place on homeowners, we go the extra mile to find a personalized solution which will match your needs. This includes, but is not limited to, offering emergency loss mitigation as well as total reconstruction. DryCare Restoration restored my bathroom from water damage! They were very professional, they worked very hard throughout the process, and even made it quick since it was the only restroom I had in my home. They are wonderful with their customer service, they cared about my issue and it showed. My restroom was restored and looked just like it did before the water damage!

I loved the way DryCare Restoration worked! They were able to restore my home from a horrible water damage. They worked very hard and quick to make sure the damage wouldn't get worst. They used quality materials, and the team was very professional. I love the results it literally looks like nothing has every happened!

My whole home was flooded and I really was so overwhelmed with the entire process of fixing it I didn't even know where to start! I was referred to DryCare Restoration by my neighbor and it was the best decision ever to contact them about my flood. They were able to make my home back to normal within no time, and they took care of absolutely everything, the insurance was even taken care of by them. They not only saved my home but my whole stress was taken away all thanks to the wonderful customer service by DryCare Restoration!

DryCare Restoration calmed me down in a very stressful time. This company sure knows about customer service as they made sure to take care of me throughout the entire process. I had a leak in toilet, they came the same day to see what was going on, they fixed the leak within hours. The work they do is very professional, and if they couldn't be great enough already they also billed my insurance for me!

DryCare Restoration was the best company I could have called when encountering a flood in my restroom. They provided such quick customer service and were in my home shortly after I called them. They took care of my flood within an hour, and even billed my insurance for the damage that the flood cost. I did not have to stress or worry about anything with DryCare Restoration they take care of it all! Such a great company.

I had a horrible leak from my second floor restroom that lead to my first floor living room. I was so overwhelmed and stressed but when I called DryCare Restoration they really calmed me down and helped me out. They were out in my house within the day that I called them and handled all the insurance paperwork and calls. I really am glad I found this company they take great care of you, and help you so much. I will be saving their number for any further problems in the future for my home.

We contacted DryCare Restoration to take care of a small mold issue in our apartment bathroom. The tech was courteous and showed up on the scheduled day at the promised time. The technician was very knowledgeable and completed the work quickly. Thankful he made quick work out of it.

There was a leak in one of my main water lines it caused damage to the bottom of my walls,carpet,tile and some furniture. The crew replaced the damaged drywall and used a dehumidifier for 2 days to dry the rest of the damaged area. They did everything from sanitation to working with my insurance.

This company was the first to respond to my inquiry about water damage restoration. Thanks to them, my property has been repaired of all water damages and dried out from the excess water that was in the crevices of my home. I had an emergency flooding due to a pipe bursting inside my home in the middle of the night and before I knew it, my home was completely flooded. I panicked but luckily my husband had his head on straight and called this restoration company before it got much worse. They dispatched a cleaning and restoration crew for drying out our home and cleaning up the damages as effectively as possible. They went through our insurance directly and handled everything within a timely manner. They have our recommendation.

DryCare Restoration has met my expectations thoroughly. Extremely professional and accommodating throughout the entire water damage restoration process. Our home had a slight flooding issue due to an overflowing toilet. It could have gotten much, much worse had DryCare Restoration not arrived to my residence in an emergency fashion. Thanks to their immediate response, this flood damage was addressed effectively and now my home is dry again in a matter of days. Truly an awesome experience. Thank you again.
