About Us

Client's program driven design. We practice with the idea that the project is the client's, we are here to assist them in THEIR project. If we did the project for them it would be our project not theirs. It seems like a lot to ask but complete programming is the only way to insure the project meets the client's needs (and we have gotten some excellent ones - makes our job fast and enjoyable). Use of the program is at no cost or obligation, it is provided before any agreement is signed. The program acts a check list also to make sure the design includes all relevant aspects and in the appropriate capacity. We are the last firm they have to contact - our joy is to realize their project.

Mark is the PRO to GO to for Grain Bin/Silo buildings. He has developed a brilliant system for these efficient, economical and stunning architectural applications. Mark designed a gorgeous home for us, working with the challenges of our steeply sloped lot. He's really good at designing in the round, which requires a special sense of spatial relations. Highly recommended.

The project is only as good as the client - Cat and Michael were my eyes and ears on the project, were fully engaged and always corresponded in a timely manner - a wonderful team effort. It turned out great partly from their input, partly from their ability to see the benefit of some of the suggestions made. Thank you both.

I hired Mark to do a rejuvenation ( that is what I like to call it) on my 100 year old house. He has been the most professional and knowledgeable individual, always acknowledging the building code and regulations. He takes my ideas, makes recommendations to refine or improve them, until we come to a common synthesized plan. Each step of the process has been great and its individual finished part is be outstanding. He know my budget and keeps within it sometimes when I do not want to, he is always looking out for the best bang for the buck. I know at the end of our 5 year plan my retirement home will be my dream come true.
